Everyone at the clinic was very kind, it felt like Dr. Patterson was actually listening and taking what I was saying seriously... it was nice to not feel like some headcase lost cause for a bit. The treatment options they have also sounded very promising, I truly wish insurance was as caring as these people. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve seen SO many mental health providers throughout my life that I wasn’t sure if I’d ever find someone who could help me. Dr. French was the first provider to ever truly listen to me and get to know me as a person, and to treat my struggles in a holistic way. It took a few tries to get to the right treatment, but under her care, I was always willing to keep trying in order to find the best method of recovery. Her treatment is holistic and has helped me understand my struggles and strengths, and we eventually found the perfect medications that put me on the best track I’ve been on in my adult life. I’ve never felt pressured to try a treatment I was uncomfortable with, which added to my encouragement to keep trying to find the perfect course of treatment to find not only stability, but actual self worth. She is not only one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever met, but the smartest, most discerning, and attentive provider I’ve ever come across. It’s clear she has passion for her career, and finds motivation through being a conduit for her patients’ recovery. She makes me excited to take care of myself and my mental wellbeing. I would rate her at a million stars if I could!

While the billing and administrative aspects of Serenity haven’t always been the smoothest process, I still maintain a 5 star rating because it’s a minute inconvenience in comparison to the level of care I’ve received the past few years with Dr. French.

First off, the providers and all the staff at Serenity are amazing, very friendly, personable and helpful. Every time I come in to the office, the care I get is great and efficient. I've had nothing but great experiences in office.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Serenity due to how they handle communication. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with the clinic directly. All calls go to a call center, and then it takes 3 days to get any sort of a response. This is a huge issue when dealing with a national medication shortage. I have been forced to go days (sometimes a week or more) without my medication any time my pharmacy is out of stock due to Serenity's abysmally slow response time. By the time I am able to get a response and have the prescription sent to a new pharmacy, the new pharmacy has run out of their stock too. Then it's another round of having to call around to find another pharmacy with medication in stock, waiting another 3 days, rinse and repeat. It's usually faster and easier to get a new appointment just to get the prescription transferred in a timely manner.

This is frankly unacceptable given the medication shortages that have been ongoing for 1-2 years at this point. I really wish I could leave a more positive review because everyone in the office has been truly wonderful.

Been going to Serenity for a little over 2 yrs and the Doctors and staff are always very helpful, friendly, and supportive. The doctors take the time to learn your situation and symptoms and include your opinion while coming up with a care plan. Would definitely recommend Serenity!

to start off serenity health in Cherry creek, where Landon the office manager is, is BY FAR one of the worst places to receive mental health services. after multiple attempts (10 including many phone calls to nurses, providers, LANDON specifically, multiple VMs, many portal messages, and confirmations from serenity health providers that they see my messages) to obtain the medication that the psych NP prescribed but I was out of. It took them 2 weeks to finally put my medicine (that’s not a controlled or scheduled medication) to the pharmacy. i was forced to withdraw then restart my meds all on my own because Landon said he would but NEVER relayed the message to my provider. The NP is the only good person there, as he was never informed of my desperate need of medications before I had to withdraw and he called me personally to apologize for Serenity Health. While Landon (the manager) withheld information for many days when he knew all I needed was my medicine so i didn’t have to feel like I was dying (I was very sick and all alone and almost made a trip to the ER- Landon was aware and still didn’t tell my provider to put in my meds). it ended up being a ton of miscommunication, and malpractice mostly because the office manager was so incompetent he couldn’t even pass a vital message along, that I was already sending through every communication avenue i could to save myself. they ended up overcharging me and forcing me to pay that too. landon never called me back to speak about this because that is how extremely unempathetic he proved himself to be, not caring about true reason for the business.. I told landon this office is ran as if optimal mental health care is not their priority, its the money they make by billing you extra. there was nothing from Landon to prove they try to even provide excellent health care because clearly they ignore patients. Just stay away it might happen to you as well and this is mentally and physically painful health care center to experience. All they did was make my mental health worse dealing with them

Dr. French is incredible. I'm so grateful that she's my doctor. She's helped me get through some very difficult times in my life, and never gave up helping to find the best balance of treatment options for me as an individual. Serenity's Cherry Creek office is beautiful, welcoming, and centrally located. Their staff is also friendly and kind every time I'm there!

The customer service is very nice and everything but it is impossible to call the front desk, you have to get connected through the call center that can’t even connect with the location.
My doctor was very nice and comforting in the beginning but after he saw that i was WILLING to pay out of pocket to get help for my mental health, he refused to see me and demanded i get insurance in order to continue seeing him or receive medication. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Please look elsewhere.

Everyone that I met was so kind! I didn't feel judged at all! They were very very thorough and explaining everything involving my treatment plan and I felt very informed and confident on my way out. I look forward to my next appointment!!! Thank you everybody there!
