Antoinette Flores is my current NP through Serenity and I absolutely love her! I’m an RN who works with a lot of psychiatric patients, so seeking help for my own mental health was not easy for me. Antoinette has been a godsend! She listens to me and has taken the time to truly get to know me so she could figure out what would be the best options for treatment. Through trial and error, which she has been very patient and understanding with, we’ve finally gotten the perfect treatment tailored specifically to my needs. Thanks to Antoinette, I’m finally living my best life again. Serenity is a little on the pricey side, but they do accept insurance. Overall, the price is worth every penny because I finally found a practitioner who is perfect for me. I highly recommend Serenity, especially Antoinette.

Very welcoming starting from the employee taking care of the front desk. She had a calm vibe that calmed my nerves. This vibe continued into the room when I met with Holly. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very detailed and made me felt like she tailored a treatment plan that would work for me. She took the time to answer all my questions with patience. I definitely recommend this office for your mental health needs.

I always enjoy speaking with Antionette Flores. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard. She strikes me as very caring and genuinely concerned. The staff are GREAT too. The receptionist iz always kind. I have always left feeling satisfied.

I am very pleased with the services I get at serenity. I have nothing negative to say about them. I have been going to them for over three years now and everything has been fine. My clinician Antoinette has been very helpful.

I like it for the most part, a little upsetting that my NP left and I wasn't told until it was time to make my appointment. Also, appreciate nice staff but the young lady at the counter talked a little too much when I prefer to to just check in and sit. She asked me where I work and what I did today in front of another client, it just made me uneasy. Hopefully with practice, she learns to read the room or adapt to clients.
