Very, very poor service high priced rip off.. They took my 400.00 Medicare insurance and 293.00 of my money back in December of 2023. I still don't have any eyeglasses. It's almost April. What a rip off this place is, nothing but money brubbers. I have their warranty states 90 days. The director of the optical side claimed only 30 days, which is entirely beside the point at this time. I have been very patient and co-operative, but now I am fuming that the director has not bothered to respond to the message left with the office manager to give me a call. It's been several days now. I worked with the staff as much as i could. They have wasted my time, stole my money, costed me gas, wear and tear on my car, time from family members, I say again I am wearing 3yr. old glasses because of their under qualified employees, lack of communication, irresponsible for mistakes, poor to nonexistent caring about patients and their ability to see. Whatever you do, avoid them, or you will be BLIND AND BROKE ( I am letting everyone I know about what happened to me). If I could take that 1 star, I would.
Update as of today 04/15/2024
On 04/03/2024 the Optical Director brought the Eyewear to my home, after providing additional details and information to him face to face, he acted as if he was going out of his way to bring the glasses when I only asked them to be mailed to me 3 weeks prior to that day. He also stated he already refunded 100.00 dollars back to Credit card I used December 2023. He also stated he was going to email a detailed copy of the receipt from December 2023.

1. Never received the refund.
2. Never received detailed copy of receipt.
3. Glasses are not suitable to wear.
Please reconsider going to Sevigny EYE. Find another place for your eye care needs.

Wait time was short. All associates were pleasantly nice. Dr. Peltzer was informative of my eye condition giving me detailed treatment instructions. I'm most appreciative of the two members who helped me pick a frame. That was an hour process and they were so patient and gave me great advice. Thanks guys, you're a great team.

We were camping and my husband had a painful problem with his eye. Not familiar with the area, we searched on the internet for assistance.
We contacted Sevigny & Associates and the young lady had a morning appointment available. We went in and from the moment we entered we felt comfortable. Initially they kindly took various information and did a few tests and dialated the eye. The young lady made sure to explain things as she went along, making us feel more secure. We then met with Dr. Peltzer, who was not only professional but personable. He put us at ease, addressed the problem, had the prescription ordered and gave us his cell phone in case over the weekend we had an question. Apparently the issue was caused from something (probably the contact) that irritated the cornea. We left feeling cared for and appreciated, a treat when you are RVing in a new area! The love and kindness shown us reminded us of the love and kindness of our Saviour.

I was very pleased with the service I received during my appt. Even though there was a mix-up about the office I was supposed to be seen at (I was at the wrong office), they had no problem seeing me at the location where I was at, and very promptly too. I was seen a few minutes before mt scheduled appt. time and everyone was very friendly. The Dr. listened when I told her what was happening when I read, and did a thorough exam. I would reccomend The Seviginy eye Drs. to anyone. I was very pleased with their service.
