I love this spa!!! I've been getting massages from Mary every month for about two years in her other Mystic location, but I'm so excited that Lois Rae opened up because it's closer to work for me and it's such a gorgeous, relaxing environment. The spa itself is decorated beautifully, with a very beachy, soothing feel, and Mary's massages are always amazing. She's got a great personality, too, so I'm always very comfortable with her. Looking forward to trying the sauna after my next massage appointment... Definitely check this place out 🙂

I'm incredibly grateful to have been worked on by both Shanna and Mary, and I mean it implicitly when I say these ladies can work miracles! They have healing, theraputic hands that made my back feel like I was a puddle of jello... in the best way possible of course. The ambiance of the place is incredibly relaxing from the moment you walk in. Very clean and sanitary, which is the first thing I take note of in any spa. The massage rooms are soothing and comfortable, offering a very calming atmosphere. The next experience I treated myself to was the sauna which was incredibly refreshing and detoxifying.
Do yourself a favor and either treat yourself, or bring a friend and enjoy an experience you won't soon forget. Now that I know what the Lois Rae spa has to offer, I'll be buying gift certificates for birthdays and so on. Being pampered is always an incredible gift, whether it be for yourself or someone you care for ❤️

I've been coming to Shanna for Swedish massages for the past few years. Her massages are just the right amount of pressure for me and very relaxing. The atmosphere is perfect: soft lighting & background music. Her prices are very reasonable and one of the very few services that have not gone up in price since Covid. Also, she gives you a full hour, which you won't find at a spa (which gives only 50 minutes).

Shanna is an amazing therapist, her studio is private, professional and relaxing. I got a massage with CBD oil and it helped a lot. Optional sauna if you need to loosen up first. Also sells locally made soaps, lotion, even healthy dog treats. Highly recommend.

Loved going here. It was my first massage, and she made sure to get all my information On whether I was there just for relaxation Or for pain and had a chart to be clear on where the pain was! She lets you decide on the type of pressure you want her to proceed with. Overall very relaxing.

Mary does an amazing job and has an incredible insight into what issues you might be having and how to fix them. I drive 40 minutes for each appointment because she's that good.
