I take adderall 40mgs. I have for 2 years. I moved to a new area, in the middle of nowhere, and tried Silver Lining supposedly located in the city, as my area doctors recommended me to do. I was very skeptical of silver lining as they are a telehealth doctor, and usually telehealth has always given me problems about my medication. When i met with Dr.Parvez , i informed him of my medication history, and asked to continue the medication plan. He wanted to put me on a new medication instead and experiment. Hes not a fan of adderall it would appear. even after i expressed its success for me he was very unwilling. I had to metaphorically walk out the door just to be prescribed 10mgs of my medication lol. He made it appear that he wanted to work up to 40mgs through more visits. As if he was too inexperienced to look up my prescription history. I went ahead and tried his options. He even gave me an antidepressant with the 10mg adderall (im prescribed 40) said it was fine. Then that antidepressant combo zombified me and i lost my new job. I started going a little down hill. I kept trying to inform my doctor through his front desk help named Chancey. On a few occassions that this was not enough adderall, and that the antidepressant was causing harm. The front desk woman on several occassions told me she would message the doctor and call me back. 7 diff occassions i was told id get a call back, never did i get i call a back. So the goal was to achieve proper care, and at my final appointment (quite a few have taken place now) Dr.Parvez notified me finally that he never had any intention of giving me proper dosage of my medication, and that NOBODY gets the proper dosage of adderall from him(rather he said nobody will be prescribed 40mg from him) meanwhile in florida you can be prescribed up to 60... and new york 80... so the general concern for 40mg is beyond me when i have history using 40mg... so i spent 3000 dollars to get bamboozled guys, not only that, i payed 3000 dollars during my visits to be interrupted in conversation by parvez, to be told to only answer yes or no questions, and he did it with an aggressive attitude, He didnt care to know anything, we had noooo conversation, and the questions he ask arent even yes or no... PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE... trust me. They do not care, and even if with history taking adderall, youre gonna have a difficult time even getting 5mgs prescribed. Other places do not give these same issues. Like,... atleast my front desk ladies usually call me back, its still unclear if shes even doing her job. Ever... Nobody ever gets back. So now i am officially reviewing my experience at silver linning, dudes... total bull. If you never even had history of adderall use its very difficult to get help from a good doctor anywhere, it is hard i know, especially when you know other options have never worked and adderall has, and you just want to do the right thing and not waste your money. I wish this doctor system wasnt so full of scams, and difficult regulations with not enough qualified physicians in the field within central florida. IT IS WHAT IT IS THOUGH. Just keep on looking down the list bro. I made the mistake for you. Dont let anybody fool you either. These docs hire sharks to be slick with their words. Always be for sure you will be helped the way that is right for you. You do not have to be anyones guinnea pig, for them to collect money, these docs never taken most these meds they prescribe, they have no clue how it effects or helps you. Thats the ugly truth, so you deal with alot of ego in this field and its much more harmful than people understand these meds big pharma prescribe and in what rare occurences they do help. What works for some others it hurts worse, and well... my doc, Parvez... i must say carried his course of treatment suspiciously.

I have been with Silver Lining Psychiatry and Dr. Parvez for over 2 years. The only reason I am looking for another psychiatrist is because I am moving states and unable to keep the amazing care and service they provide me. The flexibility and attention by Dr. Parvez has always made me feel that my health takes first priority. After my move, I hope the convenience of remote appointments and available scheduling is something that other offices offer.

Dr. Parvez is amazing psychiatrist. He's given his own personal time help me straighten out problems with my insurance company. He works to find what medicines work best and he and his staff always reply quickly to calls and emails. If you are in need of help I highly recommend Dr. Parvez.

I do virtual appointments with Dr Parvez. I haven’t had any issues. He has been working with me to help me find what’s best to manage my ADHD and anxiety and has educated me on various options.
