She has helped me learn, accept and heal. I can't speak highly enough. The Maitland office is welcoming, calm, clean and organized.

I worked with Lauren mostly virtual and my experience has been phenomenal. I did go in person once, and the office was clean, felt safe, and private! Working with Lauren was also amazing. She was very flexible with scheduling, knew how to explore my feelings, and overall provided an environment to challenge and think through personal thoughts. My daughter needed counseling services after a challenging life event led to some anxiety and excessive worry. Sharon at Simmons Counseling was the exact person my daughter needed to help her through this time. Initially hesitant, my daughter grew to trust Sharon, and she looked forward to their weekly meetings. Sharon taught her multiple coping strategies but more importantly, Sharon listened as my daughter shared her feelings and struggles. I saw incredible growth in my daughter during the months she visited Sharon.

My daughter’s sessions were at the Sanford office. Sharon’s communication was wonderful as she worked hard to offer appointment options that worked with my work schedule. She was timely and punctual. The office was clean and the counseling rooms met the needs of my daughter.
