After years and many attempts to find a Latina therapist that I feel a great rapport with I found Sinthia through Lifestance. My insurance plan has changed a few times throughout the years but I make sure the provider never changes so I can keep seeing Sinthia. She has been consistent and flexible with me as my plans changed.
