Jessica Schmidt was amazing and such a great listener and so kind I felt like I could be really honest and she as well. I had a great experience and also actually felt like I was being listened to for once and like she really cared. I could tell she was trying to put puzzle pieces together and connect all the dots I had drawn out to help me figure out most accurately what is going on. I was greeting by a nice pride flag when I walked in and felt so safe. Also the newest front desk like helpers I guess you could say are super kind and helpful and respectful and u can tell they really want to be there and actually care about patients and their experiences

Christa Robinson is a excellent psychiatrist. I couldn't ask for better. She's knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer, she will consult with her colleagues to get one. She listens which is what is a priority in my opinion. She researches and finds the best medication possible making sure she is using something that works with what you are already on. I can't say enough about how lucky I feel to have her in my corner. Best I've ever had.

A staff named Laura made me come to the clinic even though she knew I would not be able to get Spravato. I told her the day before the appointment that I am a daily cannabis user and asked her if there was any point in coming in as my insurance won’t authorize treatment if there’s thc in the UA. Laura told me to still come in for treatment because there’s always a way to get around the UAs. That was a lie. She needed to cancel the appointment and tell me not to come in. She cost me a whole day of my life- I don’t drive and I had to stand outside the building waiting to reschedule medical transport. Laura was so abusive she caused me distress even as she knows I manage suicidality daily. I wonder if she’s treated other patients like this or just me after she called me “nasty” on the phone the day before the appointment. Did she make a mistake by telling me to come in or did she mean to maliciously cause me harm knowing my mental health needs? I also have Autism so I feel so abused by her behavior; how can Laura get away with mistreating an autistic patient?
