I had my first visit with Jaclynn at SoCo Physical Therapy today. Wow, what a great decision! I'm recovering from a severe ankle sprain and wanted to make sure that my recovery is guided by a professional so I can get back to surfing and walking 9 holes at the local golf course without pain and limitations.

Jaclynn was very present during my visit and focused in depth on my injury. She did testing, mobilizations and exercises. I walked out feeling a lot more range of motion with a solid plan to continue my healing.

If you need a great orthopaedic PT, SoCo is the place to go!

I saw Jaclynn for an IT band issue that was creating pain and discomfort while running. She was very confident in a treatment approach and shared detailed knowledge that helped me understand what may be contributing to my issue. The treatments were helpful in reducing discomfort and I left prepared with at-home exercises that I could implement on my own. I highly recommend her PT services.
