Solace staff aren’t exactly close to polite. They have these haughty attitude sitting behind the counter. Not all people comes for therapies are whacked. So please remember that patients are what paying your salaries! Think again on how your attitude should be. If you’re not happy with your job, don’t sit there! Go somewhere ! Take that bad attitude with ya!

Love how straightforward the entire practice is- from inquiring about treatments to patient care everything is very clear and organized. Easy to get an appointment, easy to reschedule etc. Office is clean and comfortable- feels super welcoming.

Dr. Tanvee Chaudhry is amazing. His views have helped me change my life in so many ways. I thought I had ADD or ADHD, something was wrong with me and everyone could see my issues with completing tasks and having a very poor memory. He proved to me I’m normal and why those things were happening. I’m now happy to wake up in the morning! Every day is a blessing and I can’t say enough about Solace and Dr. Chaudhry. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have already made an appointment for my husband and believe in the importance of mental health care.

Dr Chaudhry is out to change the world, good luck.I was a patient of Dr Yason & when he left Dr Patel took over they both treated my anxiety and I really thought I could do life without the meds so Dr Patel helped me ween off well I was on a weaker med but then Dr Patel left Brooksville! I continued to see someone else but it was time to see Dr Chaudhry & he informed me that I will not get any anxiety meds from him.He stated anxiety is only fear.He made me feel like I was an addict.Referred me to therapy yet again!! Well, I was inpatient in a regular hospital when the Dr said I am ordering something for your anxiety, I told her what Dr C said she said yeah you need a new Dr.I do agree and I will NEVER RECOMMEND Solace behavior again.

I just had my first appt today and I’m very impressed with the way the office administration and Dr. Chaudhry took care of my needs. Doc created a plan for me to tackle my challenges. I have faith that this is the provider I needed this entire time. I am excited to start my fresh journey and I’m even more excited to feel healthy and powerful again.

If you’re like me and the idea of getting assistance for mental health feels like an impossible leap; I’d recommend this office 100%. My primary care physician sent me here to get some help with some behavior: and I got paired with Dr. Chaudhry. The moment I sat down in his office and we were face to face I felt calm and optimistic, NOT distrustful. Opening up was easy! We came up with a game plan and he addressed all of my concerns over a two-appointment span. Cannot recommend this place enough. The front desk workers were great too, nothing but positive energy and helpfulness. I had $3500 in monthly insurance taken out of my paycheck in 2023 and I didn’t use it once! Don’t be like me and procrastinate out of doubt and fear- get some help and request Dr. Chaudhry.

Don’t expect for them to ever call you back! I’ve been trying to see Dr. Pulas for a med follow up for months now and I’ve left multiple voicemails, my fiancé has tried to pay them and they will not call you back. I just got a letter in the mail stating that I “requested” to seek care elsewhere and that I was no longer a patient of the doctors. I haven’t even talked to you guys because you REFUSE to answer the phones or call back current patients!! How can I request to seek care elsewhere if you guys won’t even call me back to schedule an appointment?! Absolutely awful. I’m almost out of meds and now I have to find a different psychiatrist. Way to go Solace. I would give negative stars if I could.

UPDATE: stupidly went back to their care. The doctor that is now in Pulas’s position dismissed my concerns of my symptoms, basically called me a “drug seeker” and wasn’t trying hard enough on my current plan. Do not go here unless you want to be leaving every med follow up in tears.

I love solace but the disrespect, attitude and incredulous bedside manner of Natasha had me walk out of spravato treatment. She is rude, condescending and immensely unprofessional. Ashley is also just as rude. She talks down to people. I go to new port Richey to avoid them.
