Solay has felt like home since the first week I moved in! The staff across the board is fantastic, welcoming and helpful. From the leasing office staff, to facilities management, they make me feel so comfortable living here. Its a very calm community, beautiful new well kept spaces, and a perfect area to be close to the theme parks and tons of shopping and dining. I definitely see this as my home for a while, its just perfect!

Overall, Solay is a good place to live, with some areas of improvement needed. PROS👍: curb appeal; management staff are friendly and responsive; landscaping maintenance; pool; appliances; car wash facility; location CONS👎: lots of noise between apartment floors; stairways, hallways, and elevators could be cleaner; insects; construction quality average; pool not heated. The Solay community has a friendly atmosphere and all things considered is one of the better apartment communities in the area IMO.

Solay has been the home of choice over many apartments my wife and I looked at. The staff is amazing and is always very friendly. Solay is definitely the place to be! The Manager, Michelle and her staff ,(Alex, Jessica, Steven, Jessie, Lourdes, Manuel, Danny and Assistant Manager Kobe) have made my wife and I feel like home.

I recently visited a friend who lives at Solay Horizon West Apartments, and I was really impressed. The amenities are top notch, especially the resort style pool and the two story fitness center. The whole property has a modern, upscale feel, and everything is well maintained. It definitely seems like a great place to live.

Well on this night, we had enjoyed a wonderful celebration in the commons area located in the amenities building. Except, two of our guests had left very personal items in the room after the Ron was locked. I called for help from Solay. The maintenance supervisor, Dan, who lived a good distance away, said that it would be no problem. He showed up a while later. It was after hours. It was not a 911 emergency. Thank you Solay and Dan for exceptional service!

Although the apartments themselves are beautiful and filled with tons of amenities, what truly impressed me during my visit was Alex, the leasing agent. From the moment my friend and I walked in, Alex greeted us with such energy and enthusiasm, asking, "Are you ready for the best tour of your life?"—and he wasn't wrong!

He led us on a fantastic tour, showing us a model of the one-bedroom apartment and all the community amenities. What stood out the most was how he kept us engaged and entertained throughout the entire experience. Alex answered all of our questions thoroughly and even addressed concerns I hadn’t thought to bring up. His professionalism and attention to detail made the tour an absolute pleasure.

This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in, being 1000% truthful. The NOISE from the neighbors BELOW us (keep in mind we’re on the TOP floor) has completely made our apartment uninhabitable and absolutely no one that works here cares in the slightest. We have had to call the cops 2 times due to our whole apartment shaking and feeling/sounding like we’re being hit my an earthquake. I have no idea what our downstairs neighbors are doing to cause this noise and to shake our whole apartment but the leasing office takes us as a joke and gives us a plan of action but doesn’t follow-up when we reach out concerning more disturbances. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Especially those looking to actually have a quiet, peaceful home.
