Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with Suzanne L. King, M.S., MCAP, in her Largo office. The staff were polite, prompt, and professional. Ms. King was extremely pleasant to counsel with. I was so impressed with her professionalism and recommendations. I will not go into details of our meeting other than to say I left there feeling empowered and inspired that there are professionals out there that care and can help. I would highly recommend Solutions Behavioral Health to anyone that needs their services.

Don't listen to the bad reviews. I have had one-on-one sessions with Suzanne King for over a year and they are incredibly valuable. Fortunately, the federal probation I am on pays for me to take these sessions, otherwise I couldn't afford to and wouldn't be able to benefit from them as much. If I could go more often every week, or for more hours, I definitely would.

The staff are usually very friendly and professional. I think most people who have an issue with this place are just mad that they have to pay for treatment. If you are paying for treatment at Solutions, you are getting what even the federal government considers to be the best in this area. Be thankful, polite and respectful and the staff here will treat you great.

As far as the sessions I get, they always seem to not last long enough. I could talk with Suzanne for hours and really have a great experience every time and learn new things about my own self and ways of thinking better about predicaments I might be in. To have a non-biased party be able to offer sage advice is invaluable.

If you are struggling with addiction, relapse, mental health conditions or just feeling stressed out by life in general, Solutions is the place you should go and I *highly* recommend Suzanne King for your counseling needs.

In contrast to many other places and facilities I have been, Solutions has always been very flexible, very compensating for my schedule and personal needs, as well as very attentive to my mental health issues (more so than the other place I go, PEMHS). If I could give 6 stars, I would. I'm always sad when I have to leave!

Solutions has been an amazing experience for me. Although I didn't have much interaction with the support staff, I did spend quite a bit of time talking with Suzanne. She was paramount in helping me get a handle on some key issues in my life and I'm grateful for her wisdom and guidance. She's a straight shooter too, No BS or sugarcoated non-sense. Anyone that has the opportunity to have sessions with her should take full advantage. It's time well spent.

Laura, Debra and the rest of the staff at this facility made my experience in largo during my court order program, pleasant and easier than I anticipated. A little kindness and fresh perspective is as good as you choose to make it.

Waited for over an hour because the counselor was in her car chilling. Front desk staff were super nice the entire time. As for the program it's a sham for most, literally only take one prescription and don't drink/smoke or do Illegal drugs. My charge also has ZERO to do with any substance and I still have to pay for 12 weeks of substance abuse classes not to mention the urine tests which cost extra AND once a month I also have to pay for a 1v1 with a a counselor. This place I'm sure helps many but they hurt just as many. Look at the consistent reviews, bless the people that got help but there is a clear pattern.

These people are very unprofessional, they simply attach you if you try to give your side of a situation. I went in for individual counseling and not 5 minutes later they were kicking me out because I was simply asking what took so long. (Waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes until my counselor finally saw me) if you don't have to go to this location I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. They will take your money, make you feel lower about yourself, and do nothing to help progress yourself. Again DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Dr. King (if in fact is a Doctor), needs to retire. To call a patient a "shister" and dishonest based on her own perception not facts is a miscarriage of therapy. She lies, conviently forgets what she says and makes you feel worse than when you first walked in. She, in fact takes taxpayers money for counciling sessions and lies to keep making you come back. Not one mandatory therapy session was the PTSD ever discussed. Sad thing is I am sure she will alter her notes to show they have. I will be filing a formal complaint with the courts and medical board today. Please Please Beware of this person!
