STF really makes a difference in my life. I currently meet with her once every two weeks and wish I could do more. I see a big improvement in my goal accomplishment and confidence when it comes to mental health goals and she listens which I find is rare. Others I have spoke with seem to zone out and not be very engaged. I would say give her a try and you will find she really cares and wants you to do the best you can in life.

An A+ experience. Seldom in the arena of "Therapy" can it be quantified or truly measured to a level of success. I have had claustrophobia my entire life but as I have gotten older it has worsened. I was recently hire for a job and I did not realize some of the job training would require Very Dark & Close Quarter experiences. I failed the training and was removed from the training class but was afforded the opportunity to recycle. I was informed "Pass or be Terminated". After several short sessions of therapy I was not cured of my claustrophobia but given skills to get through the training. I passed the training and credit 100% of my success to Solutions Family Therapy - Thank You!
