Dr. Keeney and his staff are knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and respectful.

I have had follow-up appointments and recently had two cataract surgeries.

Dr. Keeney takes the time to go over any questions that have come up since the last appointment and it is a comforting to understand that my eyes are healing in a normal way.

Excellent place to care for your eyes! Everyone is efficient, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! The Doctor is experienced, thorough and so helpful. I am fortunate to have found this place here as I moved from a major city with serious eye issues. But I feel comfortable they are taking great care of my eyes here!

Always the best experience. Friendly personnel, e-z check in and just a short wait time to see the amazing Dr. Jordan Kenney. I see Dr. Kenney for regular eye care, as well as whenever I have a concern or issue with my eyes. The staff is always able to get me in quickly which I greatly appreciate. Two thumbs up and 5 stars all around!

The service providers at Southwest Eye Center are professional and top-notch! Carl did a nice job with checking me in and doing the first part of the examination, while Dr. Keeney was attentive and did a great job of explaining the examination and results to me, as always. Very thorough process from start to finish. The gal who did all the diagnostic work before seeing the doc was very kind and once again thorough. I highly recommend these folks for a check up and beyond if needed.

However, about 1 to 2 months after my visit, I received an invoice from SWEC after being advised before my exam and after that I would not owe anything. I am very diligent at providing my insurance info to all medical practices to avoid surprise invoices and low and behold, I got an invoice for $133.00 over 1 month later. After disputing the bill, and getting absolutely nowhere, I have to consider not paying this surprise bill based on principal alone. The doctor's admin blames the insurance but I think they should be more careful when they say: "Your insurance is covering the exam but not the glasses" which there were no glasses involved. I'm just sick and tired of being lied to for the sake of not losing the business as that what the optics are plain and simple. Our health care system is a mafia like shake down followed by the threat of taking a baseball bat to your credit if you don't pay.

That's my story folks! Great service but sketchy admin and charges.
