Specialized Physical Therapy

I had never had a running assessment before and wasn’t sure what to expect before arriving. I have to say, it was a really cool experience and I’m glad I went. Tillie and Julia were very friendly and informative, explaining things in an easy to understand manner. I was able to take a lot away from the assessment and they gave me a plan to work on some of the things that I need to address in my running form. I would highly recommend checking them out! I’m excited to get out and get running!

I've been to several physical therapy clinics, but Specialized is by far the best. The staff not only know their field inside and out, but they genuinely care about helping you recover in any area you need. I saw Julia for a runner’s assessment, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining what I needed to work on to maintain good form and avoid future injuries. I also had a session with Tillie, who was truly exceptional. She provided dry needling for glute pain and cupping for upper back pain, and since I'd never tried these treatments before, Tillie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She explained each step thoroughly and showed such expertise and care that I felt completely reassured throughout. Within a day or two, I felt so much better. I highly recommend Specialized for any physical therapy needs!

Loved their approach and bed side manner! Evan and his team assisted me in building strength and balance. Learning how to properly lift weights was a great help. They got me to my goal and beyond! Felt like I was a part of their family!

Everyone at specialized therapy is so knowledgeable and helpful. They are encouraging and I felt much better and stronger when I completed my therapy. And even after I’m done, I will be in contact with Evan with questions and recommendations to continue my progress!

My experience at Specialized was outstanding! I worked with Evan pre and post-op for a rotator cuff tear and bicep tendonosis. He is a knowledgeable and caring physical therapist. For 6 months he guided me through my recovery with a a succinct plan that has helped me get back to Masters swimming!! He taught me to trust the process. He is incredibly smart and was always able to explain the what's and whys of therapy. Specialized Physical Therapy is the best!

Tillie and Julia are amazing! They both have a great sense of humor and make physical therapy kind of fun. I actually enjoy going....most of the time.? My TMJ is definitely giving me less headaches and pain. I am so glad I was given Specialized Physical Therapy an option for treatment.
