My child was there for about four months. I didn’t like the fact that they keep changing therapists without my knowledge. I only found out because I ran into my child’s “new” therapist in the lobby. How are they supposed to know his progress if they kept changing the therapist. They expect you to confirm appointments every time. But couldn’t advise me whenever they’ll change his therapist! I called their attention about it twice and I got a rude response from the front staff. Never had the owner contact me or at least apologize for the inconvenience to let me know what was going on. It was just a horrible experience and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. You’re there to help your child progress but I guess they only cared about the charging the insurance.

They are super professional, from the person who answers the phone and schedules to the therapists.
Employees follow very strict sanitation procedures keeping everyone safe during this crazy Covid time.
Kids feel at home because of the caring environment they provide during therapies.
The results of Speech and Language Connection Services Staff is 100% improvement in the kids overall: in grades, communication, confidence, social skills and playing.
My son received therapy at a different center once upon a time, but i switched to Speech and Language because i wasn't seeing results in my son. I'm so so glad i found them because they are AMAZING!

This place deserves 10 stars instead of 5. I cannot recommend this enough to any parents out there seeking help/guidance. Starting with the owner to the staff they are all truly amazing, they go above and beyond! Maggie is extremely knowledgeable and will assist you with anything within her power. She worked around my busy schedule and made it possible for my child to attend his therapies. Therapist, Rosmely & Olga are awesome, loving and patient. My child has been attending therapies for a few months now and there’s such a big difference and so much improvement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our son is 3 1/2 years old and has been attending therapy for only 3 months and we have witnessed a huge improvement. We found out he had a speech delay when he started daycare in the summer of 2018. We found Speech and Language Connection (SandLCS) online and were drawn to it based on the positive reviews. We connected immediately with the Director, Maggie, who took the time to get to know our son and us, thoroughly explain the process, and even walk us through the facilities and show us around. We loved the atmosphere and staff. Everyone is very engaging and welcoming. Our son loves his therapist, the interaction, and the classes, to him, he's just having fun! Also, they were able to work around our schedule to be able to see him a number of times a week that were most convenient for us. He is enrolled in speech and occupational therapy. As a parent, you want the best for your kid and I definitely feel like he is receiving the best support here at SandLCS. Five stars all around!

The therapists, the staff, and the owner are a God"s blessing in our lives. They are very professional, well trained, and they love what they do with the kids. They even get emotional when the kids advance to another level. My son has accomplished a lot of steps, we are still working in much more, but definitely this is the agency for us. I strongly recommend this place, and I thank each and everyone there. You guys really rock🎸🤗💝🥉We love you 😃
