Dr. Tim and Trisha are PHENOMENAL! This was my first time ever having an adjustment and they handled me with extreme care. They’re very customer service oriented, personable, and explained things throughly. My adjustment also included some shock therapy and a waterbed massage—- super relaxing! I’ll definitely be back!

Robert is an amazing massage therapist! I have been dealing with so many issues with my neck/thoracic outlet syndrome. He worked with me on pressure-point therapy and it has helped. He knows his stuff and is really good and helping you diagnose where your issues are coming from.

This place is amazing from the first minute you walk through the door. The two wonderful ladies upfront and the gentleman doctor, greeted me with a huge smile and some pretty funny jokes. The massage water bed is amazing, then I got my back cracked which made me feel brand new, then he got me with the massage gun which was fantastic, then I went to the therapy room which totally took care of the rest of my muscle problems. 11/10. Definitely recommended.

THE BEST chiropractic office ever! You will not be disappointed!

I was recently rear-ended in a car accident and Spine & Sports came highly recommended to me. Dr. Tim is fantastic; he is not only knowledgeable, but also has excellent equipment and really hones in on making everyone improve and feel better. Some chiropractors want you to keep coming so they can make more money but Dr. Tim actually wants to heal you. I love office manager Sammie, she is professional and very accommodating to patients' schedules and Trisha the chiropractor's assistant is so sweet and works very hard to make her patients feel comfortable.

If you have suffered a personal injury this office works very closely with local attorneys, surgeons, and MRI facilities and are in constant communication about your status, PIP, etc so you always know what's going on. Lastly, unlike some other similar offices who are stuffy and unpleasant, I can assure you that this team does everything they can to make your visit relaxed and dare I say it, FUN!
