My wife and I spent what I can only summarize as "four of the best days of our lives," with Melina of SpiritFlow Sedona. Prior to booking our retreat we researched similar offerings from local competitors, that while interesting, did not seem as well organized. This was a big deal for the two of us, because we honestly did not even know where to start, we just knew we wanted to get away and strengthen our spiritual & energetic bond, as well as doing the same individually. Melina created a four day workshop for us that addressed everything we felt called to. Melina has such an amazing presence that instills the highest confidence I believe one can expect from a guide, whether you're new to exploring energy or a seasoned veteran. All in all, we gained a teacher and a friend, that we look forward to sharing many years of love and spiritual growth with.

Melina is an extremely talented healer and a wonderful human being. I did a solo trip to Sedona and was looking to connect with experiences and people who would help me on my journey to being the best version of me. My experience with Melina was life changing. We started on the serene vortex on Bell rock. Melina knew exactly where to go for spectacular sunset views. She was also extremely knowledgeable about all of the red rocks and vortexes. Rain was heading our way so we moved inside to one of her studios where she did an energy healing. I’ve incorporated the breath work that she taught me into my practice and I am so grateful for her wisdom and insight that she shared with me. My time with Melina was by far one of my favorite things I did while visiting Sedona. I am already planning my next trip back and will absolutely be reaching out to Melina again for another session. I’ve had the privilege of experiencing two transformative sessions with Melina, and I can genuinely say that she is a miracle worker. I initially reached out to her due to overwhelming grief and a desire to fully heal and move forward. Not only was I constantly feeling sad, but I also felt completely stuck. First Session: Spirit Mentoring and Energy Therapy (via Zoom) My journey with Melina began with a Spirit Mentoring and Energy Therapy session. This first session was a profound introduction to the healing work she offers. During the initial hour and a half, we dove deep into my reasons for reaching out, exploring my childhood, life experiences, and the events that shaped who I am today. The session concluded with breathing exercises and energy healing. During this part, I felt a powerful pull from my heart, followed by an incredible release. For the rest of the day, I was in a peaceful daze, vibrating at a higher frequency than I had in months. My anxiety diminished, and the initial daze was replaced by a deep sense of gratitude and happiness. Second Session: In-Person Reiki in Sedona My second session with Melina was an in person Reiki session in Sedona, scheduled on a day that held deep significance for me, the anniversary of losing my loved one. I’ve experienced Reiki before, but Melina’s gift is truly unique. From the moment I stepped into her serene studio, I felt a profound sense of calm and peace. As the session began, I focused on my breath and quickly drifted into a healing trance. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, by the end, I felt uplifted and at peace, even on a day that I would normally expect to be filled with sorrow. Since these sessions, I’ve continued to experience a remarkable sense of peace, feeling as though I’m enveloped in a protective, loving bubble. My grief has transformed; instead of feeling empty, sad, and lonely, I now feel a profound sense of peace and calm. Melina is devoted to helping and healing others. After both sessions, she checked in with me and made herself available for any questions I had. She genuinely cares and gives so much of her energy to support her clients’ healing journeys. I will absolutely continue to work with Melina, both in person and remotely. She is a true gem, and I am beyond grateful to have found her. For anyone skeptical about remote healing, let me assure you that the experience is just as powerful and effective as in person sessions. My wife and I came to Sedona for our 35th wedding anniversary. We booked a couples intensive session at Spiritflow with Melina. Each of us met with Melina separately for individual guidance and Reiki treatment. My burning toes are just a memory now. Amazing is an understatement. Next we went as a couple and explored our relational cords. We continue to practice and explore the things we learned and our love for each other has never been stronger. The second I met Melina it was like getting back together with an old friend. Melina continues to guide me in my awakening. Wendy and I have never been so close and happy.
