Sorry, that you had a bad experience with Greg.
I usually have him really early in the morning, so I don’t worry about what he rants about. I’m half asleep and don’t have my chai till after. 😉
I don’t smoke or do marijuana either. He usually only does chewing tobacco. Anyhow.

But when it comes down to the pressure and the fact he knows what he is doing, I have to give him five stars.

I am a runner and my hamstring / itb band gets so tight that my muscles shorten over time causing pulling on my back and Achilles.
He’s able to get me back to running as if nothing ever happens.
I suggest next time do a early morning appt if you can or just go to someone else if you wish. They are all pretty great. I just been going to Greg for 5 years because how I feel after. He really is a good guy and does magic.

I hate giving bad reviews but I had a bad experience with "Greg". He was stoned out of his mind and smelled of marijuana. I thought "who am I to judge, he should be good at massage considering the other reviews". He seem scatter minded and didn't seem to hear what I was saying half the time. Now here is the really bad part. During the entire massage he was talking about the government, conspiracy theories, and a billion other things. Considering he was super stoned, it makes sense. I would try to get him off the topics and tell him about my symptoms, which is a tendonitis problem, but his mind was not on this planet.

Absolute worst experience I have had with a body work practitioner. I had a lot of respect for myofasical release/art/graston etc, till I had this done.

I actually felt like an idiot for having to pay so much money for such a bad experience.

I must admit that he does give great pressure with his massages though. He got my hamstrings really good but when he did my hip rotators, he was stretching my leg beyond comfort. When I told him he would shrug it off. He was obviously stoned out of his mind the whole time.

He even told me about how much he smokes marijuana and how he started when he was 13. I mean the guy seems like a nice guy, and I don't like to judge stoners (I haven't done any drugs or alcohol in my life so idk), but this experience was not professional and really made me feel like I got ripped off.

Excellent massage therapist Craig. Minus: they don't bill the insurance and you have to deal with it by yourself.

I see Phil on occasion when my hips, IT band, plantar fasciitis, and sciatica act up from too much running. They are miracle workers - especially for my sciatica. This is not a touchy-feely massage, this is serious therapy. They keep me happy, healthy, and running!
