I was in extreme pain with muscle spasms when I came to the Riverdale office. Michelle made scheduling a pleasant initial experience with the office that I don’t see often these days. I never had physical therapy before and wasn’t expecting much and thought it probably won’t help.

Boy, was I wrong! The first session with Roy already made a huge difference. I saw hope for the first time out of my desperation from the endless pain. The session was well structured and thoughtful put together targeting my issues. By the end of the first session, I was a new person!

Each session from there was slightly different than the previous one and each time my pain was a bit more relieved. I was nicely surprised that only after the third session, I was pain free. I almost wished I needed more sessions because it was such a great experience.

Friendly, courteous, professional, and problem solving. I don’t wish you to need physical therapy but if you do, I recommend that you find your relief with this place.

After first appointment, i knew the treatment was going to be good. I received immediate attention to my lumbar issue with immediate improvements and further improvement after each session. Coming from an Exercise Science grad, they have a great understanding of the underlying issues that plague the human body, and a responsive team. If I bust myself up again I’m coming right back here!

I am so happy to find this place!!
The staff is great. I have a complicated Achilles rupture surgery and they have helped me tremendously from the massage to the exercises, compared to the other place I was going to, this place is amazing. They have a lotion warmer for the massage. It felt sooooo relaxing!!!

Roy and the staff are the BEST. My husband went in with pain. Roy gave him the right treatment. He’s pain went down by his third therapy. The facility is very clean.

The aids, therapists, chiropractor, and acupuncturist all greeted me, asked me pertinent questions about my treatment, and listened to my answers. Thus, I leave Sports Med of Englewood with more answers than questions.

Everybody there is extremely young. I just don't like the fact that several different people work on you. Why can't you be assigned to one therapist?
