If you are in need of the best physical therapy in Central Florida, SST Rehab is the place to go! Bianca and Larry have produced miracles for me! I still have a long way to go but they are by far the most knowledgeable, personable, professional and funny physical therapists I've come across! I don't like to see those who suffer with pain go bouncing around from therapist to therapist, so I'll make it easy for you to find the best therapist in town. Ask for Larry, Bianca or Gabe and you won't regret it!

I just want to take a moment to say that SST Rehab is amazing everyone there is fantastic and super helpful. They got my daughter where she needed to be so she can get back on the court to play the sport she loves volleyball.

We had an amazing experience
at SST Rehab in Lake Mary.
My 12-year-old daughter, who is a dancer, suffered from a painful ankle injury and tendinitis that left her unable to point her feet or dance. The team at SST Rehab provided great care to her. The 2 therapists that worked with her the most, were Larry and Gabe. In addition to working on healing her injury, they also worked on strengthening her muscles and improving her balance to prevent future issues. What impressed me the most, is how they really tried to find the cause of my daughter’s pain. They tried different techniques to see what really works for her, always making sure she was making progress.
Now she is back at dancing with no pain. We are so thankful and highly recommend SST Rehab!

I cannot speak highly enough about SST Rehab. I recently completed my rehabilitation for a shoulder injury, and the care, professionalism, and support I received were nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a warm, welcoming environment. The staff truly listened to my concerns and tailored a treatment plan specifically for my needs. My physical therapist, Mr. Larry was not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging even through the most challenging parts of recovery. I’ve had 2 different injuries that should have taken a year to recover and both times they cut 3 months off my PT. I’ve been playing sports with no pain, having full range of motion and feeling even stronger before the surgery’s. Thank you Mr. Larry couldn’t have asked anyone better to help me through this process. You were always friendly and willing to teach me how to get better. I’ve added so many more exercises and stretches to my routines to help with my recovery process. Thank you Gabe for all the laughs and getting me stronger than before.

The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and organized. Scheduling appointments was seamless, and I always felt that my time and progress were valued.

I just wrapped up 3 months of physical therapy at SST Rehab in Lake Mary. It was a great experience from beginning to end! Therapists Gabe and Larry were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable! They resolved my hamstring tendinopathy and got me back to jogging comfortably. The admin staff and systems were pleasant and efficient as well.

If you have the choice, pick SST Rehab in Lake Mary! Gabe had a therapy plan and workout routines that allowed my son's Little League Elbow to fully heal. Thanks to Gabe he has come out of therapy stronger than he was pre-injury. Gabe was not only a great therapist but really seems to be an all around good guy. We enjoyed getting to work with Gabe and would highly recommend him to anyone needing PT.

I came to SST post meniscus surgery - I spent the first 4 months of PT at another PT facility and I was not where I needed to be- a friend suggested SST and it has been a huge change in my recovery.. Larry is one of the most dedicated professionals I have ever worked with - so knowledgeable and pushed me to get stronger- working through scar tissue that should have been dealt with in the beginning- I cannot thank SST enough for getting me where I need to be in just 2 months! The entire team is very professional and wonderful to deal with!! Highly recommend!!
