I am very pleased with my seasions with Lynn Swink. Per my job, it's helpful and necessary for me to do video visits. This takes the anxiety of getting on for appt. Null and void. I love that she hears me and understands my situation. She doesn't just give a bunch of medicine and you try the medication to see effects. I had emergency situation and was able to get an appt under 24 hours. Very happy to have the easy experience of webpage amd video calls I put this off for years due to scheduling.

Had an appointment set for a few weeks, got probably around ten different emails reminding me it was going to happen, six of them in the 12 hours before the appointment, and numerous text messages all saying the same thing. Signed into the meeting ten minutes early(it was virtual), and then waited forty minutes and no one showed up. Not great.
