TAKE YOUR KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

So disorganized, I drove forty minutes to get my son to his evaluation appointment for the rude receptionist to try to convince me that my son’s appointment was tomorrow when it was TODAY just because the Pathologist wasn’t coming in today! I even got a phone call to confirm the appointment last week. THEN she tried to convince me that I’m wrong, OH and on top of that I called earlier to let them know that we were running a few minutes late and then tells me that she left me a voicemail after we hung up but how am I supposed to check my voicemail while I’m driving ? Y’all couldn’t have called me? Or told me while you still had me on the phone ?

So unprofessional!

Therapist was having inappropriate conversations with my 11 year old daughter. Taught her what the word homosexual meant. Front office is incompetent. If you don't speak Spanish they will put you on hold and never return, hang up or not answer when you call back. Unacceptable when you are here for necessary pediatric therapy.

Terrible lugar la recepcionista es grocers le cancela a uno sin motivo y aparte le da actitud a uno tengo 3 amigas que se han ido por lo mismo la que está al frente haciendo citas
Aparte de todo tenía el servicio por 3 días y los 3 días eran 3 terapista diferentes al principio me dijeron q iba a ser temporal pero luego pasaron meses así hasta q me canse de la recepcionista y ll de las terapistas
