If I could give Stefanie six stars, I absolutely would! She makes you feel comfortable immediately, has great rates, and has tons of experience! I have been dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome - I am a piano tuner. After only one session My wrist feels much more relaxed. Stefanie taught me that Bowenwork always includes releasing tension of the areas of the body that hold the most stress, which when tense can lead to injuries of the extremities, such as my carpal tunnel. She gently but effectively worked on those areas as well as my wrist. Greatly looking forward to routine appointments with Stefanie for the future!
