As a parent I couldn't have been happier with our time at Storybook Schoolhouse. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive and created a warm and nurturing environment for our little one. It was easy to see they care about the kids safety and learning. Our kiddo came home smiling every day, and we appreciated the open communication channels with the staff. Five stars!!!

We really wanted to love this preschool, it had all the elements and during our introduction they discussed the right conversation points about early development.

After about a week we noticed negative behaviors in our child including coming home, thirsty, downing whole childstory cup of water. After discussing these concerns with the teachers this was resolved but more more behavior problems started to develop.

Fast forward and we're now being told that our child has behavior problems within the the school spends most of his time in timeout and instructors aren't using any of the Primitive skills that we've asked them to do.

This continues and our child fails to bond with any instructors. We begin to notice when picking up our child that the teachers are just exhausted and overworked honestly appearing to have given up on any actual teaching or use of Child Development skills and are punitive towards the children that are acting out instead of assisting which is the whole purpose of preschool.

After about two and a half months we come to the conclusion that this is not a good fit both for us and the school. We take him out of this school put him into another and amazingly our child bonds with instructors we have no issues acting out and we have our wonderful child again.

At this point I can only conclude that this is not a healthy environment for preschool or child is first spending his or her time outside of the home. I can only hope that they will get more instructors cuz at this point it's an overworked daycare center I feel bad for the instructors in the children.

My son had an amazing experience at Storybook. He was a student there from 2021-2023. The staff are loving, compassionate, kind and caring. They are very knowledgeable in early childhood development. They followed California preschool learning foundations. My child was ready for T-K and is ahead of the rest. I am very appreciative of Storybook. We would recommend Storybook to all.

Terrible and brief experience. Staff and management were unprofessional, disorganized and unapologetically incompetent. Shuffled our child into a very dark nap room twice when we had been very explicit in asking them not to because our child was signed up for half days and wouldn't be napping there. He was crying and scared each time.

When we requested a refund, they tried to deny us of a fair amount. Eventually they did give the refund, but I had to do the math for them.
