This company was providing ABA services to my child in Maryland for over a year. The had a very good RBT who used to come over to work with my child for a few months, but for the past few months, they’ve been sending very unprofessional and inexperienced individuals with behavior problems. Our recent experience with the company has been terrible. Finally, they decided to terminate the service because they weren’t able to send the right RBT to work with our child. They made an excuse that the parents treated their staff with improper language. This company is terrible!

Absolutely awful . They will not communicate with you at all, then when there is an issue or emergency their response time has no sense of urgency. I will not be recommending this company
