I have been receiving services for the last year. I can honestly say, I have received the best care I have ever experienced. The staff is so warm and inviting. I always feel as if my needs are addressed. You would not imagine how my life has improved with the help of strive.

I've got to give them 5 stars. Yes, as other reviews have said - scheduling can be a little frustrating at times. But their schedules are full for a reason. I've never been to a mental health facility that made me feel so relaxed (and I've been going to mental health facilities for over 20 years). Kayla (psychiatrist) And Lisa (psychologist) have me feeling better than I can ever remember feeling. I feel human for the first time in my adult life. The rest of the staff are INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. Also, THERAPY DOGS!!!!!!!

Saw Diane two years ago when she was just starting out. She messed up my medications so badly I ended up with Seratonin Syndrome and spent 8 days in the hospital detoxing. I couldn't walk or speak. My family thought I'd had a stroke! I hope they have people with more experience now.

Response to owner comments: I had multiple practitioners prescribing medications for OTHER medical conditions, NOT FOR MY MENTAL ILLNESS. And I always took my medications as prescribed. I resent the implication that I was misusing my medications. Obviously you can't even be honest about what happened.

I've been battling mental health issues my whole life, and battling misdiagnosis and meds I don't need. Strive is ana amazing place with amazing staff that make sure you get the right meds and diagnosis and therapy. Everyone on the staff is amazing. I especially want to give Joshua a shout out. He sets the appointments and he does the check out. He's amazing 🤩

Strive Mental Health is a place where you are not treated as one more client but as a human being who needs special attention. The staff is not only great professionals but also compassionate and cares about your well-being. I would name every single staff member if I could. Thank you, Diane, Heather, Megan, Angie, Kelly, Melissa, Terika, and everyone else who is there for me. This was the only place that really helped me with my mental health.

Had I known this was a chain I'd never gone there. They just want to line their pockets. I got prescribed anxiety med which helped but caused weight gain so they awitchrd me.after a week on the new meds my anxiety came back 100 times worse plus suicidal thoughts etc...I called for Kayla who told me to call her she was in a session,fine please have her call me asap after the session,we don't do that, need appointment. Transferred me to amber who had no idea nor did she listen,asked same question over and over did not listen. Long story short they don't care about you only their payroll. Please find a legit good caring psychiatrist if you want to get better

Most unprofessional place ever they’re dealing with people that are having mental crisis and they don’t care. Originally made me wait two months to get in to see a therapist. I seen her one time then the therapist quit wanted me to wait another month and a half before I was going to be able to see another therapist when I got upset about this the individual that Contact me to cancel my appointment, decided to be petty and Punish me by Refusing me care at all. When all I asked was that they’d be more attentive to people going through mental struggles That they don’t push off these individuals for 2 to 3 months before they’re able to get in to get help.

First time experiencing the thought of seeing a therapist. The recommendation was worth it. The first day of the consult the atmosphere was serene and calm. The staff was wonderful. Sean made me feel right a home. Heather is an Angel. I felt safe plus a blessing to be there. I’m looking forward to my upcoming visits.
