I have been going to this location now for several years now. I have had physical Therapy on my lower back on two different occasions, elbow, shoulder, and a massage. The staff is patient, professional, courteous and absolutely OUTSTANDING. I am saddened each time my physical therapy is completed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone in need of help.

Great therapist who listen!! Multiple locations(Fleming Island and GreenCove), and flexible hours. They provide a great environment for a healing experience. They offer plenty of machines and equipment help support the strength and toning process. The therapists are knowledgeable in a multitude of exercises.

Love, Love Summit! The owner Tara is so awesome and has the best staff in the area. Tara can also help with pelvic floor syndrome. Tara and her staff work with you one on one through your whole session, an experience you will NOT get at the larger PT companies. They all are compassionate and are involved with you personally to meet your goals.
