Suncoast did an excellent job. They reached out to collect the information they needed in advance vie the patient portal. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The staff took care of the details during my visit. Dr. Cuff reviewed the x-rays and provided options as well as recommended path forward. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Suncoast in the future.

Overall I have a very positive experience. It took me a little time to adapt with the culture of being treated simply as a patient, but I discovered the reason for which I had this feeling.
I am new to the environment since I had just moved to this county. I am used to be seen by several MD who became friends and by family members who are in the field. I felt a disconnect with the MD. However, after my surgery, there’s no reason for me not to recognize what a wonderful experience that I had with the staff in general.

I had an appointment at 10:40am, they asked me to show up a little bit earlier, no problem. Showed up early, checked in staff was extremely friendly and courteous, finished sat and waited to be called. Couple of minutes later I'm on the move to get my knee looked at by the Dr. Spent time going over options, made a decision on what he will do, out the door..... Staff was great, very relaxed atmosphere, Dr Noah was great to talk with.

I went in with shoulder pain and came out pain free. My shoulder is so much better since I was given an injection.
Great doctors. After fooling around with a pain specialist. I switched doctors.

Dr Noah ans his staff are very personable
& professional. Dr. Noah is an excellent ortho doctor. He's kind, knowledgeable and takes his time explaining everything about my knee, and what he recommends for it. He did a great job on my knee procedure without pain or complications. Highly recommended.

Joel is great! I would recommend him to anyone. However, my appointment was at 9:30am, how is it that I wasn't seen until 1 hour from my scheduled time? So an hour behind that early in the morning just seems like the office can do better.

Dr Cuff is an expert orthopaedic surgeon. He has repaired both of my torn rotator cuff to perfection, as good or better after the tear. A true medical professional with an awesome bedside manner.
