We just finished up our time at Superior Therapy Services after being there for a year and a half. They really go above and beyond for your child and genuinely want to make sure they are comfortable and succeeding. My son regularly had a hard time separating from me and they were so incredibly patient with him and were more than willing to have me sit in with him on some of his harder days. They catered to his many different phases of interests from Toy Story to Wall-E to Spider-Man and even Nightmare Before Christmas. When we started there he had only 9 words and now a year and a half later he is talking full blown sentences and communicating far better than I could have expected at this point. Raquel at the front desk is such a sweetheart, has amazing communication and is always on top of it. Miss Kim was the therapist he had for the longest amount of time and she really put in the work with my son. He went from being apprehensive to literally asking for Miss Kim on the weekends. All the ladies there are great and we had nothing but great experiences. We will miss them 🫶🏻

I've wasted over a month of my time trying to get an appointment here. The rating is for whoever works the front office in the Brooksville location. Although she is friendly when she actually answers the phone, she NEVER gets back to you! I've given her the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but I can't continue to wait until she decides to call me back for an appointment.

For context: I reached out in January to make an appointment for my son. I was told I had to fill out the paperwork before I could make an appt. (weird process- not sure why she couldn't get me on the calendar since they were already booking 1 month out), but okay no problem. She stated she'd email me the new patient paperwork. I had to call back two days later because I never got the email. I then asked a follow- up question via email and never received an answer. These should have been my first clues that I ignored. I sent the paperwork via email over 2 WEEKS ago on 2/8 and never got a response. Again I had to call to confirm it was received. She stated once she processed everything she'd call me to get my son on the calendar. I called on (2/20 am) and left a voicemail to follow up. I also called the Crystal River office letting them know I can't get a hold of this office. She said she would forward the message. Today is 2/26 and still nothing. I'm done trying to force this, they just lost a potential customer!

Choosing Superior Speech Therapy is one of the best decisions I have made for my daughter. I don’t even know where we would be without the help of so many ladies here! Tiffany works the front desk & gets to deal with all the billing/insurance headaches. She goes so above and beyond & I appreciate her so much.

Ms. Debbie came into our lives for feeding therapy, but it quickly became so much more. She’s a phenomenal educator. She finds ways to get my daughter to engage & helps me come up with ways to do the same. She has years & years of personal & professional experience and that combined make her an absolutely ahhhmazing therapist!

Now we see Ms. Jenn the most & we really love her. She is a fantastic speech therapist. She is so patient and knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face & is very professional. My daughter can be a bit of a handful some days and Ms. Jenn stays so calm and patient with her. I am admittedly a “smother” and am very involved in all therapy my daughter receives. Some therapists aren’t as open to the idea. Ms. Jenn has never made me feel uncomfortable about wanting to be involved. My daughter may spend one hour in therapy, but the other 23 she is with me. Ms. Jenn not only tolerates me being around, but she answers countless questions from me every day. We leave our sessions feeling encouraged, with new ideas from her and I work so hard to continue everything she teaches us at home as well.

We had NO communication when we started Superior. Ms. Debbie & Ms. Jenn have helped my daughter begin to communicate with us and we are now seeing more progress every week. They both have made such an impact on our lives. I will never be able to thank them enough.

We have also had the privilege of working with Ms. Paige & Ms. Erin. Debbie really has an amazing team. Everyone in the office is helpful, knowledgeable & kind. Clearly I highly recommend them! ❤️

My daughter has been going here for almost three years. The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly. Every one of the therapists are caring and well trained. We have had Mrs. Paige for several years now and absolutely adore her. But all of therapists here are special people who are excellent at their job.

Don't use this place they call the day before and say hey we have this appointment. It has been a fight that should not be. If there isn't openings they don't say that. Instead of waste my time. I have a set schedule with my mork day that has little adjustment. Which I could do more with more than 24 hours notice. This is a place that my child's doctor had on a sheet and thought it was good. But if you don't have the openings then you should inform that. It took almost 4 months to get him in on the initial and now a month later I can get him for a follow. And management is lacking. If you don't have the openings then you don't have them. Don't keep people hanging on for nothing. I have had better luck getting appointments with the v.a. than this place.

Raquel is extremely unprofessional. I’ve called,l and emailed over 20 times and even went in to hand in paperwork and I’ve been ignored and not answered at all.

I finally got their office cell and She recently answered the text bc she didn’t realize my number and made every excuse as to why she didn’t answer and my daughter still hasn’t been seen or scheduled.

I can't speak highly enough about Superior Therapy! The pathologists really care about the kids that come for therapy and it shows everytime I've come in. Both of my children were/are going, with my youngest completing all of his and my oldest still needing the extra help, and I know firsthand how careful they are with their words and tone of voice especially with kids on the spectrum. They use every tool available for them to help the parents help the kids become better with words. Although it is one of those places you will miss if you don't know its there, the people inside are making huge differences in the kids they help.
