My daughter has been at this daycare for over a year, and I have to say that I am more than pleased and grateful for the time she spent there. Her time at the daycare has come to an end as she is transitioning to Kindergarten, but it will always hold a special place in our hearts as her first school. She had an exceptional team that taught her the academic part of the program and supported her emotional development, which is essential for her overall well-being. The staff always prioritized her learning, emotional well-being, and safety, which were the key concerns for us as parents. I will continue to use their services when needed. Thank you for everything you have done.

I love this school, not only it’s closer to home but the teachers and oh my God miss Ana and Ms. Daisy are amazing as well. The communication there is excellent among the parents and they are very understanding as well. My daughter when I pick her up from school she’s always excited and whenever we go out and she sees a “heart shape” she’s like “mommy, this is corazon” lol which makes me smile.
So thank you all for your hard work and dedication to my child.

My son is going to Surfside and he's learned so much! The facility is super secure with finger print scans just to check the children out! My son's teacher Ms.Gio is AMAZING!! She's very involved with the kids and parents and always makes sure everything is running as smooth as possible. I highly recommend if you can choose teachers pick her class!

I am deeply concerned about this school due to what I suspect may be fraudulent practices. During my time at the facility, I noticed that they kick people out because they have just 3 hous vpk and put other people cause thry pay full time

These issues have raised serious doubts about the facility’s integrity and transparency. I urge other parents to be cautious and ensure they review their statements carefully and seek clarification on any discrepancies.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the handling of my child’s VPK registration process at this school. Initially, I registered for a 3-hour VPK program and completed all the required paperwork. Despite this, I was told by office staff that I needed to obtain a $200 money order for registration. After complying, I was assured that my child’s VPK spot was confirmed.

However, when I stopped by to purchase T-shirts, I was shocked to learn that my child was enrolled in full-time care, not the 3-hour program I had originally requested. I was informed that I now owed $985 per month, which was far beyond what I had anticipated or budgeted for. I requested to review my registration paperwork, which still indicated the 3-hour program, but I was told that the money order had inadvertently been applied to a full-time enrollment.

When I asked to speak with a manager or someone higher up to resolve the issue, I was informed that no one else was available. I found this response deeply unsatisfactory and concerning, as it indicates a lack of proper escalation procedures and customer service.

I am requesting that the owner or an appropriate authority contact me directly to resolve this situation. Additionally, given the circumstances, I am seeking a refund for the money order, as the error in registration was not of my making. This experience has left me feeling misled and unsupported, and I am eager to find a resolution that reflects fair and transparent practices.

My husband and l love everything about Surfside Academy for our son! H started here when he was 9 weeks old and has grown so much in the past five months. He has hit every milestone and is constantly learning here.

Ms. Ana is one of the most kind, loving people we have ever met. She takes her role as Director so seriously and is one of the reasons we chose the school as H’s daycare. Ms. Ana ensures that every corner of the school is surgically clean, the teachers are always in uniform (and smiling) and every kid is beyond happy!

We love that our son gets a huge smile on his face the second we open the door to Surfside and by the time we enter the Guppie room, he is ecstatic to see his “ladies.”

Even at H’s young age, he’s made friends and I love seeing all the babies in his class sitting in a circle at pick up “talking,” napping and giggling. It’s the cutest thing ever.

The level of care H gets here makes us want to have another child!

I would recommend this facility to EVERYONE! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating! They made my son feel comfortable in such a short time and we are so grateful for them. If you’re on the waiting list they’re definitely worth the wait!
