EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) has consistently higher positive outcomes than traditional couples counseling.

As with any kind of therapy, it works if you work it.

We went for maintenance after some pretty big stressors and in very little time have an even better relationship than before (and it was really good before). We are so much better equipped to really partner with each other in a meaningful way when life gets rough.

I would HIGHLY recommend Susan.
