This is the first time in my life( after many years and many terrible meds and being misdiagnosed ) that I am getting real results and healing. The staff are professional, kind and efficient. Dr. Crum has helped me move forward. Her therapists, the cutting edge therapy itself and her expertise have given me so much of my life back. It hasn't been a quick fix. I have worked hard to do whatever it takes to find true healing that drugs alone have not been able to. I believe anyone suffering from brain disorders can find help at Central Florida Neuropsychology.

Dr. Crum and all her staff are wonderful. My adult son has been going to the clinic for various services for 5 months now to treat his severe mental illness. He feels very comfortable going to his therapies, whereas he did not enjoy therapy in the past. All the therapists he has worked with at Dr. Crum’s have been helpful, compassionate, and have given him great insight. The office staff is efficient, polite, and reliable. The setting is super relaxing and contributes greatly to the positive energy of the place. It is a pleasure to go there multiple times a week for my son.

Dr. Crum has extended the quality of life for my family member. We are blessed to have her close in proximity in order for treatments to be able to continue. Why insurance will not cover this treatment is very disturbing. If pharmaceuticals and surguries are covered then alternative treatments methods should be as well. Everyone should have equal opportunity to pursue whatever avenue of treatment they desire. Not only has my family member benefited from the treatments provided at this facility, I have been blessed to benefit as well.

First they fired my daughters therapist with no notice literally about an hour before my daughter's appointment & it was someone my daughter truly felt comfortable with. And they whole reason she was let go was because she had family medical issues she had to deal with. Not a classy move.

2nd their cancelation fees are absolutely ridiculous. I work in a business with extra fees that get charged for different reasons cancelation/late, etc & we always work with our customers to accommodate them if there is a good reason. I got charged $150 for a missed appointment for an family emergency. What did they want? Discharge papers from my family member. Yea that ain't happening. I always thought this place was over priced but how they treated their employees & what I experienced caused me to cancel all future visits & go seek out other options. Work with the people who pay their hard earn cash or lose them pretty simple. The medical field is suppose to help people not try to squeeze them for every penny.

One last suggestion, get sound proof walls, I can't tell you how many times I could clearly hear other people's appointments going on & I mean I was hearing really personal stuff that would be a direct Violation of HIPPA.

Wonderful lady that worked hard over 11 months to help my wife . Unfortunately the government canceled the treatments because Medicare is garbage under CMS back when Verma Sema was running CMS .
I truly believe DR Susan Crum is a great person that really cares for her patients .

I called to made an appointant and they told me they could help me with my seveer brain trama. I got a call From there office telling me I must pay $200 to see doctor. I told her I had insurance to cover the whole bill but she would not bill all my insurance. She Supposedly Canceled my appointment. I got two emails since then that I have to be there. I returned both of the emails saying to them. They would not take my insurance and I could not come. I called today to speak to her and a woman Told me I had to pay an extra deposit if I was to come see them. She was rude It made fun of me because I can't spell correctly. If I was healthy I would not have to go see the doctor being rude to me. Hurt my feelings, Again Even the fact that we're too lazy to build my insurance. And that I'm too poor to pay a copay that I shouldn't have to pay. It hurt my feelings severely. Because i'm a sick woman trying to get help and that woman would not help me. She laughed and put me down. Do yourself a favor and don't talk to those people

Never do business with this place in your life. My wife recently sought help for her anxiety, and this was the only office in town that accepted her insurance. When we got the bill for the first session we were floored. Even with insurance we were billed $213, the charges amounted to $1350 before being adjusted, and the total bill came out to $704, the rest of which insurance picked up. None of the services listed on the bill were actually provided, and the office makes it very unclear about what any of the items actually are. Several times we have tried reaching out and were told we would receive a call back from staff to explain the situation better, but instead just got an email that just stated we had to pay the amount, which we already had before they sent a second invoice for more. The therapist just sat at her computer for an hour asking questions on end, never providing any actual insight or suggestions to what was being said. All in all, this place causes much more anxiety than it fixes. Save yourself the trouble and listen to the negative reviews, I wish we had.

This office spread lies and unsubstantiated accusations resulting in my child bring taken from me. Then they continued billing my insurance for visits for a month and a half after my son was taken from me. Then Dr Crum vacated her diagnosis of autism so the state would have an easier time placing my child. An insurance fraud report has been filed. Do not trust these people with your child!
