Living in a small apartment in a remote area, SweatHouz offers me a private, dedicated space to focus on recovery. Unlike a gym sauna, here I get a full hour to detoxify and relax in the sauna, cleanse in the Vitamin C shower, and reset in their cold plunge. Plus, the beauty bar helps to dry my hair and feel ready to head right back into my day!

Went here for the first time on a say date with my husband. It was great. 60 minutes was just enough for us to enjoy the sauna for 30 minutes and both have a chance to use the cold plunge and shower. I would definitely recommend it for workout recovery and a cute date or ladies’ spa day.

I highly recommend SweatHouz! I’ve been searching for a place to cold plunge in this region for a while, and this place is an absolute gem. The saunas are fantastic, and the cold plunges are the best you can find. The vitamin C shower is an added bonus that really enhances the experience. I now schedule a 1-hour session after my long run training, and it has truly been a game-changer. The staff is incredibly welcoming and does an excellent job explaining how everything works. If you're looking for top-notch recovery and relaxation, this is the place to go!
