Well... Dr. Adam Voss has done it again! Having first more than successfully recovered my knee function (after full replacement surgery) he has now worked his skill on my neck (which has had chronic issues for decades.) Adam's treatment/technique is the only thing that has ever shown any positive effect!! With a bit better range of motion and a little less pain, I just 'graduated!' ... to a trial period of 'at home only!' with my daily assigned exercises, to determine if that might now be enough to continue the uphill climb? Made to still feel totally supported during this time, I remain accountable and am encouraged to reach out with any questions or concerns. Thanks, Adam! So... if you want a really good PT (who also has a really good heart!) look no further than Dr. Adam Voss! (and if he's filled up, I would trust his colleagues, tool!) Besides the expertise of the therapists, everyone at Table Mountain PT also exudes a very warm and caring attitude! Thanks again to you all!

The team here is very professional and helpful. I had 3 fractures in ankle and pull it out of its socket. I saw them initially about 45 days after surgery on crutches and in a boot with very limited movement in the affected ankle, 3 months later, I can stand on that same leg with no pain. Thank you

I have tried physical therapy in the past with little to no results and was told I needed surgery. I worked my butt off with these wonderful people and have seen 90% improvement. I am so happy with the progress made and the staff WILL get you where you need to be if you give them the chance and put in the work. Adam and Lou are amazing and I will actually miss my visits.

Table Mountain Physical Therapy has made me a believer. Having a tear in my shoulder, injury to my knee, and shooting pain from my hip to my foot, I really thought I'd just be giving this a try before inevitable surgery. Well I was wrong. And I'm so happy for that. Focused, consistent, strengthening exercises in the right spots is just what I needed. The staff there are so kind and very knowledgeable. I really can't tell you how grateful I am. I won't be needing surgery or a leave off of work. Thank you all SO much TMPT!!!

I have tried other physical therapists throughout my recovery from a tibia fracture. Table mountain physical therapy was by far the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff I have worked with. I highly revile them for your physical therapy needs. Two more family members have needed physical therapy since then and they were equally as pleased with their experience with the staff here.

I started physical therapy because of muscle pain and loss of cervical range of motion from a vehicle accident in Sept. 2013. With only 4 therapy sessions I am getting my range of motion back and have decreased muscle pain. The staff is pleasant & professional and James Plummer is very good at getting me to do my exercises and getting results. Since I don't exercise this is extremely good! I highly recommend Table Mountain Physical Therapy to anyone in need of help.
