T.E.A.M. 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy Surprise

I loved speaking with Andrea to get my son’s speech services started. She was so kind, extremely helpful & answered all my questions & concerns. It’s so hard getting good experienced staff anymore when calling into businesses and Andrea exceeded 5 star customer service. Thank you for making the making the process simple and easy to understand.

TEAM 4 Kids has been an absolute delight across the board. We use all their services and across multiple different age groups. We have a 1 year old, 3 year old and 6 year old who use them. With so many kids and so many different needs, you'd think it would be difficult to schedule or draining but they make it so seamless! You tell them your needs, preferences and limits and they make it work. They coordinate and constantly stay working on it in the background to give you the easiest transitions and assistance. I could not have chosen a better place for my little ones. I cannot recommend them enough.

We just had our first visit here for a food therapy consultation and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My son did the consultation with Kandyse and he warmed up to her right away. She had him giggling and trying new things. Melanie helped us out at the front desk and got us set up with our next appointment so quick and efficiently. It’s such a welcoming environment. Looking forward to all our future visits

My son started physical therapy there after he was 3 months old. We were lucky enough to have Sarah P as our physical therapist and she was wonderful with my son and getting him on track for all his milestones! We’re very pleased with our experience and would recommend the facility in Peoria, as well as Sarah P!

So far we have had nothing but good experiences with Team 4 Kids and excited to see my son meet all of his goals here. Andrea has been extremely helpful and made the scheduling process so easy!

Can’t say enough good things about this entire facility. Everybody is so kind and friendly, my autistic son has been in OT/ST for months and it brings me to tears when I get to hear his little voice and see his personality come out. Every week his confidence grows a little more and I am so thankful for Taylor his speech therapist along with Makayla his occupational therapist. The ladies up front are also so friendly and kind to my other son who doesn’t attend therapy but he looks forward to going and chatting with them every week! Thank you to everyone <3

Sadly my son was turned away and never given a chance. They made me jump for hoops and I was doing what I was asked to do. Unfortunately my son was discriminated because of the insurance he had. The representative told me “ya we aren’t going to take him because he’s with DDD and they don’t pay very well. If he had commercial insurance we can schedule him soon.” This was very disappointing and if they would have actually would have taken the time to listened to me then they would have known I had a commercial insurance as my primary. One that I am paying so much on just so my son could receive the treatment he truly needs.

My son has the best Therapy team here at TEAM 4 Kids! When they have extra openings sessions Melanie at the front desk always shoots me with a text. I’m beyond grateful that my son comes here.
