Honestly take your child somewhere else like Kids College or Next door to Planet Kids. Let me explain why.....
I had my older kids(they are teens now) went here when they were under 5yrs old and the teachers were great but now how everything is run it just seems uncomfortable as a parent. I was looking to enroll my infant. I showed up to get registration packet and was told can't tour until 10mins before closing. That's uncomfortable because me and my husband can't see how the teachers interact with the babies. (He's never been to the facility and fathers only my youngest two children) Also, I called and spoke to Jasmine regarding the tour for Dad and asked a few questions about being able to pop up and check on our daughter through the day/week and was told "We don't allow that unless you are picking your child up" and then was told "Karina you had your older kids here long time ago, nothing has changed, teachers are the same, if you are asking all these questions, maybe we are not a good fit for you"......wow is all dad could say as he has never been to the facility and really just wanted to See the facility while the kids are actually awake and how the teachers interact with the children and wanted to know that he would be able to check up on his daughter when in the area to make sure she is being taken care of properly.
Now If that does not make you feel uncomfortable as a parent I don't know what would.

My two girls have been going to this day care for the last 2 years and they look forward to going everyday.
my girls love the staff,, I am the type of person that does not trust anyone with my kids so easily.
The first 6 months I would pop up to the daycare at different times just to see how things were being run.
Never did I ever witness anything negative,,
The program director jasmine runs this daycare in a wonderful manner.

I am so happy that my son attends this daycare, the teachers are very friendly and are very patient with the kids. since my son started a month ago, he's learned to go to sleep on his own, doesn't drink out of the bottle as much. I am very content with the way they manage. Jasmine the director is very sweet and very helpful. I am very happy i made chose this school for him.

My 2 year old has been attending Teddy bear daycare for over a month now. It was his first time attending a daycare and he felt at home with Ms.kathy. She is so patient with the children there and always welcoming in the mornings. ***Here's my updated post from my first post about 9 months ago. My son loves his daycare! He went in not speaking very much due to his speech impairment but since he has been attending Teddy bear day care he can count to 30 he knows his days of the week and so much more. Thanks to the teachers that work there!

Its always nice to see more positive reviews on this day care! This center has been around for years and provides an environment that is welcoming. It is rare to find a center that stays around! The staff are all like family and work hard to ensure that all children are cared for and loved. The office staff are accommodating and extremely willing to help those in need. Hearts are huge and academics are high! Center is accredited which is not the case in many centers, so my choice will always and forever be Teddy Bear Day Care!!

My kids been coming here seen 2012, and my kids and I love this daycare ❤️. Teachers are nice and caring. I always recommend this daycare to everyone I know. Jasmine , the director is always working with us parents and is very caring and understanding with whatever going on with us and our child. I don’t even live close to this daycare but I still drive all the way here just for my kids to keep attending here because I don’t trust no where else and I’ll never take them out until they reach the age 13. All these bad reviews, I notice is because parents are upset 😡 . No daycare will have no accident, kids fall all the time and get hurt because they are children. So if you so picking about you child having a scratches or booboo then keep them home. Thank you Jasmine and staff for taking good care of my children!

There is always a bad review when a parent is wrong. Think of it both ways selfish parents, when you do not sign out your child from daycare and God forbid somethings happens when you leave, the daycare can be held responsible since nothing proves that you picked them up! So you are so in a rush that you can't sign 1 line, I can imagine you are probably one of those parents that come in on the phone and when your child runs to you to tell you about their day your are "too busy rushing".. Teaching starts at home. If your child has an issue learning, its possible you probably haven't looked in their work folders to do your part as parents, do you even check the daycare news letter Of course it is easy to slander a daycare that keeps your kids for 8 hours a day and feeds them, cares for them and teaches them while some parents are working and some are sitting at home enjoying the very limited benefits of the state. This daycare is a family owned and ran business that, unlike most commercial centers, actually care for the children. Teaching by experiences rather than making robots. They are very informative and attentive to the needs of these kids. Offering affordable service and family style experiences. I mean really isn't that what this is all about? Our children. Get it together parents.

This place was great until the disrespectful, loud mouthed director took over this year. Tries to make parents feel like they are wrong for questioning everything that happens to their children at the daycare. Multiple times I have had to complain about my kids getting beat up, not being cleaned properly when my babies were in diapers, missing my kids backpacks including clothing, and a few other issues. They stopped feeding the bigger kids during winter camp and summer camp. My older kids had to start packing lunches and snacks. The director is rude and has no respect for anyone there, including staff. I feel bad for the good teachers that care about the children.
