Telstone is truly the most amazing mental health treatment facility. The therapists are so insightful, kind, and caring. The administrative staff is also phenomenal (Brian is the best!), and they really do everything to make sure you’re comfortable and able to grow through their program. Telstone taught me the tools to live a happier and healthier life, and I am so thankful to all of their support.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Trust Telstone IOC

Review:
VENDORS and PATIENTS BEWARE!! Our experience with Telstone IOC has been nothing short of a nightmare. We completed a small office project for them, delivering quality service that they were supposedly satisfied with. However, when it came time for payment, they flat out refused.

After numerous attempts to resolve the matter amicably, including threats of legal action, they finally relented and sent us a check. But guess what? The check bounced! It's absolutely disgraceful how they conduct their business.

To make matters worse, their representatives, Emily Wagner and Steve Kuperwasser, have been completely unresponsive to our attempts to seek resolution. It's clear that they have no respect for their vendors and disregard any sense of professionalism or decency.

I urge anyone considering doing business with Telstone IOC to think twice. They cannot be trusted, and they will not honor their commitments. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
