I’d like to give zero stars! This place was absolutely horrific! It was dirty. The help was nasty including the woman that was “ head nurse”
First of all, my dad is a diabetic and they fed him waffles with syrup. They fed him pizza when I questioned it to the woman that was bringing him the food. She yelled at me that she’s a diabetic and she can eat that stuff! When my dad finally came home, his insulin and his blood sugar was off the rails, they also did not give him his insulin the first couple of days because they couldn’t get it they said. And to bring it in from home. I did bring the insulin to them the next morning and she said no they couldn’t keep it there because it wasn’t from their pharmacy! My dad was in over the weekend and he got no physical therapy.
They should not be called a rehabilitation center. It should be called an institution. There was a woman’s screaming in the hallways from her room for hours. Her tray was flipped over on the floor with all its food. I actually told the nurse that the woman’s food was on the floor obviously, the woman did it however, it was there for the two hours that I was there and it was not busy.
After my dad was at trauma center, which was amazing! He needed to go to rehab, and that was connected to the hospital. It was seemingly to be the right decision but now I know better.
This is a photo of my dad in the bed while my mom was visiting. When I asked the head nurse if I could speak with the doctor, she said no you have to speak to me. I am the one that takes care of your dad. I never got to talk to a doctor the week that he was there.
My dad is 100% recovered, but I really wanted people to know Disgusting place this is!

Where can i even begin.. One of my family members stayed here for a couple of weeks and truly LOVED it. The staff takes such good care and has so much responsibility with our loved ones. The elders will always have an activity to do and entertainment. The staff are always such good help and will always make sure that everything is in order and making my loved one happy.

My wife was in there for four weeks and this service was exceptional. Whenever you asked for something they helped you write away Sandy the nurse was wonderful and all of the people that just help their on a daily basis. Every single one of them were nice and helpful. No one wants to be in rehab, but you guys made it nice and acceptable. Great job.

Do NOT send anyone you care about to this place. Nurses are so rude and completely ignore the patients. People are not attended to at all. My dad has been in the care of this facility and I'm very disappointed in the quality of the care.

The rehab facilities were great and did wonders for me. The therapists were caring and a pleasure to be with. The only problem is that it's still a hospital. So you get 2 hours of rehab and 22 hours of hospital.

When you walk in, the people that are at the desk greet you with kindness, they are thoughtful, helpful and very accommodating. The whole staff here is extremely caring, considerate and kind. They really do care about the residents. They have activities for them to do daily, they plan outings for them and try to really help make the residents feel comfortable. They have physical therapy for the people that need it. They are aware of each residents individual needs and do their best to fulfill any requests. The building itself is clean and well maintained.

This is the best rehab that we’ve found in Delray Beach. It smells clean, looks clean, the staff are very helpful, and the PT programs very impactful. The weekend Administrator, Leonie McKenzie, in particular is extremely helpful and just a great resource. She does literally everything - fits in where needed - at the front door, with the meal delivery, with patient concerns, and just everywhere!

Some of the staff are wonderful, but the social worker, house Dr or anyone of any of the administrators take the time or care of my dad well being. My dad is deaf and illiterate, and they are just waiting for him to just die. There concern is getting paid for there service not the care of his health care or his Phyical health need!!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND that place ever!
