My son has been with the Academy for close to 3 years. We are so grateful for all they have done for him. He is off to Kindergarten this week and our family will really miss everyone. Ms Kara has always been so responsive and supportive and Ms Ria did an excellent job keeping everyone safe during the pandemic. The blue room teachers, wow, Ms Perri and Ms Melissa are just so loving and patient with the kids. I really appreciated all the feedback and advice Ms Perri provided during the parent/teacher conference too. My son loved going to the Academy every day and always talked about how much he loves his blue room teachers and friends at the dinner table. What I loved about the Academy is that they had actually had a learning curriculum that kept the kids busy with different activities and art projects. They helped build good foundation for the kindergarten. I would not hesitate to recommend the Academy to anyone.

The academy is my daughter’s first school experience and she really enjoyed it. She really liked her teacher in the yellow room, Ms. Steffi was her favorite! The school is very clean and safe, the communication with all the teachers there was really smooth. As parents we’ve really appreciated their nurturing, caring and professional approach. We would recommend the academy to other parents!

We love this school as my son has been going since he was almost 3 years old. Kara is professional, wonderful, kind and helpful. The teachers and staff are the best I have seen and truly care for each student. My son is very advanced for his age with help from the teachers and academic program at this institution. With Covid being such a concern, they took all the precautions and I feel my son is extremely safe. Having that piece of mind when I drop him off is so important. Highly recommend this school!

The Academy is worthy of 10 stars... great location in the heart of Pasadena, staff & teachers are professional and have been so attentive to my son's needs, plus they've put in place effective health & safety protocols that have kept the school open throughout the pandemic. We've felt so comfortable dropping our little one off every morning for the past 2 years and he's now well equipped to start kindergarten in the fall!!

Our daughter started at The Academy in Dec 2019, then the pandemic hit. Our daughter returned to school March 2021, we were nervous because of covid but the school has proper protocols/guidelines to keep the children and staff safe. Daily covid questionnaire, temperature checks, masks, frequent hand washing.

We were also worried about her transition back to school because it takes her a while to get used to new situations/people. The Academy welcomed her with open arms and made her feel comfortable/safe. The Director, Ms. Kara, is professional, very responsive, organized, detail-oriented, kind and caring. The school is run extremely well and it's because of Ms. Kara and her staff.

The program, teachers, and staff are all outstanding - they truly care about each and every child. Everyone goes above and beyond to keep the children engaged with fun activities and they make every day feel special. Arts, crafts, exercise, reading, puzzles, and gardening. We were able to keep track of her day through an app. We were able to see how she did with her snack, what she did throughout the day, and we loved seeing photos of her at school.

We moved June 2021, we are so sad that our daughter had to leave such a wonderful, nurturing school, and the special connections she's made with the entire staff and her classmates. We are currently struggling with finding a school for our daughter in our new area. We WISH there was an Academy Bright Horizons in our new area. We already miss everyone terribly!

This school is a hidden gem! It’s clean with wonderful teachers and staff. My two year old is well taken care of from applying lotions, sun screen, bug repellents to changing diapers! Kid goes in with a smile and goes home happy and calm. All kids I’ve seen there are happy, sociable and polite. Highly recommend.

Very good about adhering to protocols, from the virtual zoom tour to respectfully explaining why in-person tours were not available. Clear and guided waitlist and sign-up process where the administrators were very responsive to all of our questions. We were looking forward to joining in 2022 but were unable to do so, for reasons outside of our control, but they were very understanding and professional about helping us withdraw and get a refund within the fair time limit. Highly recommend The Academy for the professionalism exhibited throughout the process, and we will definitely consider them again if our circumstances align.

We have been sending our child to the Academy since January 2020 and have found it to be a safe, clean, and nurturing environment with wonderful teachers. We have been very happy with our experience and will miss it very much when we have to move out-of-state soon.
