Adina was excellent. She could tell when I walked in that I was in some serious pain and she worked incredibly hard to pin point the areas and provide relief. She followed up to see how I was doing and then went above and beyond in our second session just because she wanted to help me feel better. Definitely recommend.

Adina has magic hands!!! She helped me with my back and shoulders even after just one massage! Cute upstairs quiet room that helps you forget the busyness. I have had her massage me a few times and each time I feel myself heal. I also liked the fact she keeps up on her skill set and listens to what I need. Highly recommend her!

Adina has been providing me with massages for more than 10 years. She is great! I am a competitive swimmer/water polo player and am constantly suffering from tightness in my back and neck. Adina is able to provide the type of deep tissue massage that is so rare. She spends the time to get to the root of the issues. She knows the connections of the tissues in the human body extremely well. I could not recommend her more highly!

The service I received from this massage therapy group was exceptional! Not only was my therapist professional, but the office was clean and the setting relaxing. I never had a massage like this before! The incredible ability of the masseuse to hear about my pain and then attack it with her strength and knowledge of the muscle tissue is extraordinary! I never liked massages before going to the bodywork studio. I have back and ankle injuries and sometimes my back pain is so bad I can barely get out of bed. After a few visits to the bodywork studio my pain completely subsides and I can get back to life, and working out! They have flexible scheduling which is great for those times when I HAVE to see someone for my pain or when I just want some extra self-care to to relax.
