My family and I have been treated with respect by both the therapist Ashanti Belle and the receptionist Terri. They've been flexible in accommodating our schedules and have always responded to our calls promptly. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and no question or concern is too small. My friend has been going there for 2 years and it's clearly changed his life for the better. He has nothing but the best things to say about the entire team (therapists, front desk, PMHNP, owner). Just seems like a very calming and easy group to work with. STRESS FREE!!!!!! He never seems to have any issues with scheduling, insurance billing, or prescriptions which is getting more and more rare today.

Terrible greedy people that run this place. Trying to get my kids therapy and they won't take Champva because "they won't get paid fast enough". The mission of this place is to profit off mental health and its absolutely disgusting.

Update: They cancelled my children’s upcoming appointments without my consent in retaliation for this review.

The Center for Developing minds is a great place for mental health. Terry at the front desk is always helpful and she goes out of her way to try to meet appointment needs. The staff are always smiling and welcoming.

I have no complaints about the actual counselors here, but the office manager Tracy definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Both my mother and I have received counseling here for the past few years and had similar experiences. Calls are rarely returned, and when they are returned it’s usually weeks later. Even when we left messages concerning important medications, calls were not returned. Over the holiday season, my mother needed a renewal on a prescription and the phone message said the call would be returned within 48 hours, but Tracy later informed her that no one was in the office for 2 1/2 weeks-this was way past the 48 hour mark. Also, Ms. Miller told my mother she could call anytime in regards to medication and talk to her directly, but Tracy refused to transfer her over and also had an attitude. Her unprofessionalism definitely detracts from my otherwise positive opinion of this business.

They are great! FD Manager Terry is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Therapists & Counselors are wonderful. I can definitely said that I have seen improvement.

My son has been going here since last year. This place was the perfect place for him. The psychologist that he see for his medication is awesome. When I 1st took him here I set an appointment to have him see behavior therapist. After the 1st appointment she informed me that he could just come to the social behavior class that they offer at the end of the day at no cost. They eat pizza and talk among their peers. This group has helped improve his behavior in school and at home. I am so glad I found this place.
