I wouldn’t recommend them at all. When someone confides in a therapist, they shouldn’t feel neglected & worse for opening up. JONATHAN PINTALUGA, I’m beyond disappointed. Unfortunately, will find another counselor.

Edit: my only “anger” (really disagreeing), was expressed when they tried to cancel appointments despite knowing my availability, at the last minute. And even then, I told them it didn’t make sense to schedule sessions two to three weeks apart. I return calls, I don’t make calls… so when you call to reschedule, I am firm, not manic, not aggressive.. there’s a difference… except today… I called today… which was far from manic… I did not yell at Julie. She was helpful. I’ve never texted any angry texts… I have only ever texted Johnathon about my daughter, and Andres to call me on a different phone… If you are referring to my post-session feedback, then I expressed what I did hear, with also mentioning telling my social media followers about how disappointed I am … I only called once today, after my daughter waited for over 25 minutes for an appointment that was canceled without us knowing. And yes, I did state that I would go to my social media and express my dissatisfaction with what is going on… Because no one should go to therapy and be made to feel this way… I wish I would have read the reviews prior to coming to you, because apparently it seems like a pattern of behavior. So, please, I have records too. Maybe accept responsibility for how what you did was not professional. If I was so bad, which I wasn’t, you would have removed all patients, but instead, mentioning a lawyer was probably triggering for you. I will definitely make a record of this response as well. Funny, for the other reviews, there is a different tone in your responses. But for the black woman, as usual, we are labeled as angry & aggressive for stating our disapproval in how we are treated. I simply expressed disappointment. How sad that this was your response.

My experience overall was great!. The receptionist were helpful and caring, I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment . I saw Mr. J. Pintaluga he was great! He listened to everything I said and gave excellent feedback on how to deal with my habits. I definitely recommend this office to anyone. one of the best parts is they take insurance and are very accommodating to your personal needs!

Dr. Andres is truly phenomenal! What a pleasure it has been working with him as he helps my 9 year old with his ADHD and all other life issues.
