BEWARE and watch your credit card
statements!! The Center for Treatment for Anxiety
and Mood Disorders is led by unethical,
uncaring "professionals" that only provide as much help as you are paying, and do not care
about patients and their well-being and are
only in it for the money 💰 ! They bill for
whatever the feel like billing--without your knowledge or consent—even phone
conversations. I have NEVER encountered
anything like this. There are too many wonderful, caring professionals out there to waste your time and money with them. STAY AWAY!

The owner Dr. Rosen charges $475 for an initial appointment. He is a provider who is supposed to help those in need yet it clearly appears as if his help is only for those with high incomes. I am an educator, middle class, I should be able to afford quality care when in need. This is the issue with the mental health crisis we have in America. We can blame money hungry providers like this who feel it is right to become rich off of those who are struggling. Out of integrity for the lower, middle and upper class that suffer from disorders that cause us so much pain I only hope we stop supporting doctors that gouge patients wallets like this.

I went to the Center for anxiety related issues that were causing physiological effects on my body before speaking in large groups (e.g. sweaty palms, heart racing, etc..). Dr. Rosen treated me with CBT and prescribed some therapies that have greatly eased my anxiety over the years. I've really appreciated having these tools to rely on and lean on them every single time I feel nervous.

I was a client of the center for 3 years while I was a teenager. One of their former therapists violated HIPPA by forcing me to tell my mom something that I said in confidence ( not suicidal/threatening to harm others). Another therapist, who still works there, completely invalidated me during a time of crisis. I got better help in a hospital then I did there.

He is a great person. High character and so understanding. Been dealing with alot and his little words of advice or knowledge makes me cope things easier. Hes not your money grubbing shrink. This dude cares.

Hack therapists and money grabbing psychiatrists. It’s like they work as a team with the primary goal of making you even more depressed.
