The Decker School

I always said while searching for a co-op for my kids that I was looking for a unicorn. I have a son with autism and a neurotypical daughter. I needed ONE place for them to be dropped off where there was room to experience emotions and connections with other kids of different ages, lots of time spent outdoors, room for creativity and flexibility with learning. I needed a school where they focused on my children’s strengths! Most importantly, I needed someone to love my kiddos and have open communication with any struggles my son faced. I knew the perfect place with the perfect environment for my children would be nearly impossible to find, but I found it! So much time outside, creativity, freedom to experience emotions and work through them, diverse age group and fantastic teachers. Both of my kids love this school!
