I've worked with Temple as my therapist on and off since my 6th grade year in middle school, so about 4 years. I've had other therapists, but I couldn't find myself building a trust or connecting enough with them to break ground on all of my issues. Temple has the type of personality to make you immediately feel comfortable and open, hence why I've always ended up back with her. I am aware that not every therapist works for anyone and everyone, but no matter where you are with trauma or your mental health, I would say she's a really good one to start with and try out.
