I must say it's sad to see some of these bad reviews on such a nice place. I used to go here often a few years back. It was great. Couldn't beat the price. Actually thinking of going back soon. Not sure if it's changed but they really work with you on the price based on what you can afford. Yes there are student therapists but for the price you pay it's better than nothing. Have you seen what other Psychologist charge these days!? The students are very bright and well educated they just don't have a lot of experience. Cut them some dam slack. Instead of complaining people should be grateful understanding. I swear people just LOVEEEEEE to complain. How about work out your issue with management in a reasonable manner dont go tattle tale and bash them online.

I have volunteered at Faulk Center, going on six years. In that time, I have had the opportunity to refer many friends and family members for counseling and to support groups. Every person referred has been helped, whether dealing with anxiety/depression, navigating through grief or unexpected loss, lifestyle changes (divorce and illness) or as young adults facing challenges. The fact is simple, we are facing a mental health crisis in our country and there are just not enough organizations out there that provide affordable, accessible mental health services. I would like to say thank you so much for the great support provided to my teenager daughter, this place help us to navigated thru pandemic and after those dark moments. My daughter had receive advised and support to control emotions and take smart decisions.
I have the plasure to talk to Mrs Debbie who was assiting me with payments and also the Drs. involve in the therapy session.
I highly recommend it to those parent with kids all ages or even if you are going thru dificult moments do not hesitate to get help and assistance. Therapy at the Faulk changed my daughter's life and for that reason I would be always thankful, You have not idea the positive impact made it in our life.

A good resource for people who are in need of mental counseling and could not afford the outrages rates from regular therapists. The most recent group leader I had this summer really feel short of mark, instead of staying objective, she was dismissive of my feelings and feedback abolut one group member who acted in disrespectful way , and took sides with this person, which is quiet ironic, considering that the group was about learning inter personal growth and setting boundaries. The other group leaders I had were not bad, especially the 1st one who was excellent.

I would not recommend this center to anyone. As a mental health professional myself, I am aware of the need for student trainees to gain real life experience, but it should not be at the expense of children and their families. Without disclosing the details of my daughters experience & the toll it is still currently taking on my family, I can only advise that anyone in need of counseling seek help from a LICENSED therapist & avoid being the training subjects for graduate students.
