Not sure about the negative reviews but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the Growth Center. Kristin is a great counselor who really digs deep, listens well and then asks the tough questions to help me get “unstuck.” I highly recommend The Growth Center.

Beware! This office will tell you they accept your insurance, run your card, see you for an appointment, collect a copay, then call you later and say oh we don’t actually take your insurance and try to charge you the full amount for the visit. They care more about money than helping the client. Go elsewhere!!

These people are rude as hell I accidentally went to the wrong location, yes that was my fault. When I told them I would be 10 minutes late I was told to reschedule my appointment, over 10 minutes. If they can’t cut you some slack for running 10 minutes late I can only imagine what kind of care they give. Kind of glad that I was late and didn’t see them if this is how they treat their customers. Oh well that’s money in some one else’s pocket.
