I was a patient at the Haven Detox facility in west Palm and I would like to take the time to tell you how amazing this place and the staff have been. The staff has really shown me how selfless people can be in this recovery program. I have done about 11 different treatments and this facility has brought together all the aspects I need in my recovery such as the proper medication mixed with the proper therapy. I have never been treated so humanely at a facility in my life. This place has changed me and my path in life and I am forever grateful. Thanks miss Barb and the rest of staff for all the great advice and knowledge.

This place gave my wife and I a second chance at life, you know we were having a hard time in Florida and The Haven welcomed us with open arms, showed us that there are still good people in the world. The staff was so respectful and polite starting from the behavior techs going all the way up To Michelle and Nick (by the way Nick thanks for everything man) but to have a chance to get it together in a place where the staff does nothing but cares is amazing Barbs Anthony and Mark are patient care coordinators that go above and beyond for the clients, they always made sure we were good, The techs Mark, Julissa, Harriet Carrie Hunter Tommy, Chris, and to any other tech I'm missing y'all made a ruff time a good time because you cared made us laugh but most of all treated us like people while we were going through our hard times, Danika was the most amazing person I have ever met anything she could do to make us comfortable down to a conversation she was there and for her I am forever grateful, If she was ever having a bad day we would never know because her heart always out shinned anything that was going on, This placed gave us hope. Ashley always puts the clients first Ronnie spoiled us with candy and between Amanda's many walks to the mailbox she always stopped to have a conversation at the most perfect times, this is a place that cares this is a place that takes addiction serious and The Haven is the place that got us sober, and for that we are forever grateful, but most of all we are absolutely thankful to have been apart of something so amazing when we lost all hope, but the Haven should us there was still a chance to live a better life if we wanted it, so thank you Haven from changing our mindset from hopeless to hopeful- Michael Clayton and Samantha Small, Thank you The Haven for all you've done for us

I have had such an incredible experience at the Haven. Starting with intake, the staff has become family. Barbara especially does fun activities with clients/patients. Barbara makes contact with each and every person here. I will keep in touch Barbara. Ashley, Lauren, My Therapists Cheryl and Justin I had a rock star team. And unforgettable groups Pastor C, Sunny, Mike, and Dr. Harris you are outstanding leaders that have given me the tools I need to stay strong and sober.
To all the other staff, you do not go unnoticed. All Tech’s, Nursing staff (Jeffery), Chef’s, case managers, Chef’s, and cleaning department.

The Haven in West Palm saved my life. The staff is amazing! Great place to go to get the help you need! I loved the classes and the girls get togethers for nails with Barb! Made some great friends and memories. Laughed a lot and cried a lot. Helped me get sober and put my health journey into over drive. I feel great and my daughters are so proud of me! I have been to The Haven and have had an anmazing experience. One therapist in particular that specializes in trauma literally changed outlook on life and has been the only one to ever help me with trauma in such a deep way. Barb is also a wonderful person who adds so much fun and humor to the experience. I am so thankful to the facilities and staff for helping me through such a tough time, and come through on the other end so much better.

The best thing I got out of my stay at the haven was/is Angel Cruz. He called me a couple of weeks after discharge when I wasn’t doing too well. He gave me his time and I was able to feel his genuine care that I be successful. The Haven is lucky to have him as outreach.

This place is absolutely amazing. I can literally tell you all day about amazing staff clients and housekeepers but if you’re in need of help, this is a place to be. There was so much love here that it warms my heart. I’m sad to leave but thankful that I came the Haven saved my life and it can save you're life too.I want to really think everyone there for showing me so much love and help me learn the tools to stay sober.
