I have been with Mrs. Pace for roughly almost a year, and I can honestly say that making the decision to book an appointment with her was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She is attentive, understanding, and very dynamic. I started sessions with Mrs. Pace at a point when I was at a crossroads and trying to figure things out. She challenged me to come up with my own solutions and gave me the tools to navigate relationships in my life from an emotionally mature place. I can honestly see how much I have grown emotionally/mentally over this past year and that alone is priceless. Mrs. Pace is not only an amazing person, but she is an expert at what she does. She is one of a kind and I encourage anyone who wants to heal, grow, and evolve to seek out her services.

When I first went into Lamora’s office I was skeptical
because I had tried therapy before and it was not helpful. However , I am walking into my fifth month of service and I can see the changes in my mental health , my well being, and my outlook on life . She has helped me by being personable and extremely knowledgeable. I even began using her couples counseling to help fix my marriage because of the changes I saw in my personal life .I will recommend her to anyone!

I’m so disappointed in this place. When I read the reviews and went over the things in their website I was so sure I found a therapy office I could trust and depend on to provide me with the counseling I need. As a black woman, it’s not always easy finding healthcare professionals you trust and can depend on. So after I found this company online I was sure it would be a good fit for me. I called in on January 13, 2023, I spoke to a woman who took my information down and advised that they would be sending me some consent form and documents to execute, these forms also came along with a very lengthy questionnaire. The forms were completed the same day electronically. I even put my credit card information on file (it was required to finish the application process). Fast forward Janaury 16, 2023, I call back and speak with the same woman again, whom I advise that I completed all the requested documents, and asked her can you schedule an appointment for me? She advised that it was a holiday and that I would get a call back from someone to schedule my appointment. Today is January 19th, to date NO ONE has contacted me from healing crest to even acknowledge me, let alone set up an appointment! Mind you which I really needed! Why waste my time and energy when you are not seeking to help me? I do not recommend this company, unprofessional is an understatement. If I was on the verge of death and was seeking therapy, I would be dead already if I had to wait for someone at healing crest. Stop targeting BLACK WOMEN when you are not trying to really HELP black women. I’m so upset and disappointed I wasted a whole got damn week waiting for an appointment when I could’ve continued my search and found a therapist to provide me in an appointment in a reasonable time frame. If you are in REAL need of counseling or therapy I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They will have you fill out a bunch of paperwork just to ignore you and never call you back with an appointment. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Complete waste of my time!

Not organized, takes weeks to get in touch with the therapist. Secretary is rude and serves no purpose outside of taking calls messages she doesn't pass on. Not organized or easy way to book appointments.

I love her ! She’s the sweetest and she doesn’t sugar coat anything lol Which I loved because she’s going to tell you what you NEED to hear and not what you want ! Because of her services I’m married with a beautiful family 💜. I would refer anyone to her for anything.
